Amazing hotel, in a gorgeous area of the city. Super kind staff, comfy room absolutely no complaints!

Love the location. The workers are really helpful and make you feel comfortable in to settle in. Late check out at 1pm is a bonus. Rooms are clean, comfortable mattress and good local breakfast. Highly recommended.

A truly unique stay at this beautiful artistic heritage hotel. The atmosphere is captivating, and the service was truly awesome– attentive and welcoming throughout. The breakfast was absolutely yummy, a delicious start to the day. However, two significant issues impacted comfort: 1. Room Lighting:The lights were far too low, making it difficult to see or function properly in the room after dark. 2. Noise Transfer:The acoustics from the room above (Level 2) were terrible. Every footstep and movement from upstairs guests was clearly audible and disruptive, making relaxation difficult.

Had a really nice stay at this homestay in 上下杭! The location is super convenient—right in the middle of heritage buildings, with lots of yummy local food around. It’s also within walking distance to 烟台山, just across a bridge. The room was clean and comfy, and we liked that the wet shower and dry toilet were separated—it made things more convenient. The local-style Chinese breakfast was a great touch too! The staff were really nice and helpful throughout our stay. Just a heads-up: there’s no fridge in the room, but the place does have a washing machine with a dryer, which was super handy. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy and local experience!

located in the touristy area.. nice environment and surrounding.. photo friendly.. friendly staff.. door can be a little noisy when people go in and out of their room.. they do provide ear plug.. satisfied with the overall experience..

The downside was that it gets a little noisy as the sound proofing isn’t really good, but overall was good.

This looks like a family run minsu. It's a very old residence right at Sangxiahang, and the canal is in front of the minsu. We stayed at the ground floor. You can hear footsteps on the wooden floors upstairs. The taxi will not be able to stop right in front of the minsu so you have to drag your bags a short distance to the place. It would be good service if the staff wait at the roadside to guide us in. At night it is very beautiful with the lights and reflection on the water. The lady boss was considerate and obliging.we requested for additional water and was given a 5 liter bottle of water. We thought the room lights were dim, so they put in a standing lamp. We booked for a 3 person room. Room size and space is rather limited for 3 adults.The room and beddings are clean and fresh. Poor internet signal strength in our room which is located in a corner on the ground floor. There could be more international socket points. Past reviews raved about the decor and condition of the place so I set my expectations rather high. Breakfast was a set, serving typical Fuzhou cuisine like fish balls a thin skinned wonton soup, steamed sponge cake and meat bao

It was a wonderful experience staying here. The front desk was very informative and the room was super clean. I'll definitely come back next time when I'm around.

The location is convenient, close to Shang Xia Hang. However, there aren’t many good food options in that area. As a tourist, I would prefer staying near San Fang Qi Xiang instead. That said, the room itself was clean and comfortable overall.

We are come 3 times in this hotel. It was amazing. The place is really beautiful and peaceful. For sure we come back here for the next trip. Thank you to young man to take a time to explain a tea a ceremony. Thank you to the team of girls who take care of the costumes and who took very good care of my daughter.

We have a memorable 5 nights stay in this cosy place with very nice and helpful owner and staffs. It just feels so warm and homely. Locations is excellent with many eateries around, subway is within 7 minutes walk which bring you around FuZhou conveniently. 烟台山and 闽江江滨 is within walking distance. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay!

Staying at historical building very impressive of cleanliness and friendly staff. 15 mins walk to metro station and a lot good food nearby. Definitely will go back again .
