"Do NOT stay here!!! The hygiene is terrible, the owner's attitude is awful. I checked in last night and woke up this morning covered in flea bites. I booked a suite in the attic, and the sofa was infested with fleas. After communicating with the owner, they denied responsibility, refused to refund, and offered no compensation. Their attitude was also terrible. They said things like, "Why did no one else get bitten before, but we did?" It was like they were blaming us. Even though we showed them all the rashes, they still questioned whether we were trying to extort them because we left the room after checking in yesterday afternoon. I'm speechless. What are they thinking? Their logic is completely illogical. I repeatedly explained that we had no problems before entering the hotel last night and didn't leave the room afterward. This morning we woke up covered in flea bites. Where else could they have come from if not from the bugs in their room? Yesterday, I felt itchy all over when I sat on the sofa, but I thought it was because my skin was dry from the sun in the morning and didn't think much of it. This morning I found new flea bites all over my body. Coupled with the owner's terrible attitude, it completely ruined my travel experience. This hotel has completely tarnished the reputation of Fumin. Besides, there was a dead gecko in the room. When we told the hotel staff, they were indifferent and said it was normal. What's normal about that? If you can't even clean such a large space, you certainly won't care about the fleas on the sofa. We maintained a rational attitude throughout and didn't do anything unreasonable. However, when we checked out, the landlady stopped her mother from asking questions and said, "We deal with these kinds of things all the time." The subtext was that we were trying to extort money. So, I can only say: First, I don't need the money at all. The reason I argued with you was to protect my rights as a consumer. Second, no one would deliberately get bitten by fleas on a trip just to extort a few hundred yuan. Third, as mentioned before, all the evidence and the timeline show that we were bitten on the sofa in the room. Our evidence has gone to extremes, even to the point of disembowelment. Demanding that I lift my clothes to show my bag in front of a group of men and women completely trampled on my personal dignity. Fourth, when the room had a problem, the shop owner's reaction wasn't an apology or inquiry, but rather questioning, counter-questioning, and shirking responsibility. They seemed convinced it wasn't their fault, as if someone else was responsible for the problem, and offered no solutions. Finally, Ctrip's official customer service provided compensation and comfort, promising to punish the shop owner, which made us feel a little better. Encountering such a terrible shop while traveling is truly exhausting (the photos only show part of my bag; my stomach and buttocks cannot be shown due to privacy concerns). This is no longer a simple hygiene issue; I hope this serves as a warning to everyone considering staying here. This is a matter of personal safety, and I think no one wants themselves or their families to suffer such physical harm and unfair treatment."
