服務符合五星酒店標準，酒店很乾凈服務周到。早餐分日式和西式，日式在14樓風景不錯。酒店一樓餅房的栗子蛋糕不錯。酒店出行便利，公共交通就在酒店附近

交通便利，出行很方便。房間也挺大的，提供的設施都可以的，但是沒有身體乳啊要自備。分了兩個訂單，安排的是同一間房非常棒

地點超級方便 服務很好 浴室很乾淨 送的洗頭水和護髮素個人護理套裝都是DHC的 

老錢風酒店，雖然裝修有點古樸，細節還是透露着小奢華。服務日本特色很周到，早餐很棒。離地鐵也還算近，推薦。

酒店步行至三越百貨商圈15分鐘，門口有地鐵站和公交站，屬於鬧中取靜的位置 酒店乾淨衞生，性價比高，推薦入住

Easy check-in process with helpful hotel staff. Very clean and spacious connecting rooms. Close to shopping area and metro and bus services.

アメニティーの入れ替えができてなかった

何かとお忙しかったのかとは思います。ただチェックイン時はカギを渡されただけで部屋へのエレベーターの説明がなく、影になっている場所のためわかりづらかったです。 また初日からトイレに長い髪の毛が数本目立つ形で残っており清潔感は感じませんでした。 外部の方でしょうがマッサージにきた方の態度と口調が大変横柄でリラックスできませんでした。 作りが古い分は対応に期待していましたが、今後は宿泊には使わず食事だけの利用とします。

Had multiple bookings for my family in this hotel. Really glad that they accommodated all of our needs. Location is great. Just a few steps away from Watanabe Train Station, bus station and a Family Mart. Location is also walkable to Hakata and Tenjin Stations. Lots of supermarkets nearby and a fish market is at the back area of the hotel. Rooms are relatively clean. Just some dust on the door frames and ceiling. They’re also pretty big in size but have slightly outdated furniture and a bit dim. Beds are comfy and comfortable. Will recommend this hotel if on a budget.

雖然設施舊但是服務和位置沒得説，推薦

施設が古いので室内も古い臭いがしたり、少し残念なところはあったが、スタッフのホスピタリティはとても素晴らしかった。 朝食は残念だった。素泊まりが最もコスパが良い気がする。

地段很優秀的一家老牌五星酒店。傳統的風格但是不缺時尚的配套。雖然用鑰匙開門，但是房間配了USB的插線口，淋浴花灑也是日本商店裡最貴的那款很好用。走到天神都很近，機場地鐵過來就五站，樓下就是便利店。

This is my first time to Fukuoka, when we planned our stay, we have a budget in mind but also looking for some space given our age (over sixty) and size. The New Otani is a pleasure surprise for us. We had a standard room with 2 beds and it comes with a writing desk and a sofa where we can sit back and relax after a day touring around the city. Service was good, the only shortfall is with communication. I will give them a perfect 5 if their staff can speak more fluent English.
