My family enjoyed the stay very much! Everything is good but just the bathroom is too cold for winter night

Nice lodge you need your own transport to be there cos it's quite a distant from fuji q station. Unlimited public onsen you could enjoy from 6am to 12am. Magnificent Mt fuji view from the Lodge. Late check out. 6000 yen per hour. Not flexi.

房間很大，環境優美，抬頭便見富士山，離河口湖站與巴士站都比較近，缺點就是不好打的，酒店如果提供接送站服務就完美了

Wish I could stay for one more day/ night. It’s excellent place

酒店住得舒服

khu vực du lịch tuyệt đẹp. từ đây có thể đi chơi các điểm du lịch tại vùng núi phú sỹ

房間很温馨，有免費的温泉，可以看到富士山。適合親子旅遊，周圍吃飯也很方便，服務態度很好。剛開始空調温度不夠，耐心幫忙解決。

環境很好，空氣清新，門口停車也方便。就是榻榻米房間有點兒冷，空調聲音有點兒大，一直也感覺吹不熱。

Quite close to amenities ! Good resort style stay ! Would love to stay longer if time permits!
