The front desk service was very warm and helpful, and the room service was impeccable. Especially when I accidentally left my ID at the hotel, the front desk helped me find it and even mailed it back to me. Such thoughtful service made this a truly great hotel experience for my business trip."

"Traveling with kids, the most important thing for me is a safe and comfortable environment. When we checked in, Cici from the staff kindly noticed my child and proactively offered a small gift to cheer him up after the journey. My child also went swimming; the water was very clean and there were lifeguards on duty, which was very thoughtful. We forgot to bring towels, so I called the front desk, and the duty manager, Lian, quickly brought them over, worrying that my child might catch a cold. The service was truly excellent. The room layout was spacious, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, so I didn't have to worry about my child slipping. The daily room cleaning was meticulous, and any requests to the front desk were quickly attended to. The hotel's quiet environment allowed my child to rest fully, making the entire trip much more relaxing thanks to this comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, close to attractions and shopping, and it's easy to get a taxi. I highly recommend it to families with children."

I particularly want to commend the cleanliness; the room was spotless, with no dust in the corners, and the bedding was neat and comfortable. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and easy to use. The staff were warm, polite, and responsive, providing thoughtful service. Having laundry facilities was a huge plus for a long trip. They even provided a children's toothbrush when I stayed with my little one – so many thoughtful details! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, great for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. It's perfect whether you're exploring Lingnan historical sites or looking for good food, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Foshan and will definitely stay here again next time!"
