"The location of the Hotel pretty close to the Market and have a plenty of Indian and Arabic restaurants, But there is no convenience store or coffee shops only you have to order by online. Room is pretty clean, as per the specifications zero pressure bed it’s so comfortable sleep , room is average really old , they provide toiletries, They have a Breakfast but I didn’t opt for it so I don’t have any comments on it, massage on the 4th floor is good, Gym is quite big and it’s good
Overall I am pretty satisfied"

"Come to foshan on business trip with family and choose sofitel to stay ,and that was an absolutely great decision as the location is perfect to buy furniture. And the rooms are spacious and easy to live.staff is very friendly and cooperative and breakfast is amazing. "Excellent location, just next door to a big new mall and within 100m to the metro entrance. Alot to eat and see at the mall. Day 1 housekeeping was excellent, the second day housekeeping was haphazard, the duvets were not folded properly, just pulled up to cover the pillows. Rooms are big. The property is a little old, but still good. We enjoyed staying at the hotel."

"The hotel is strategically located within the mall and market. There are lots of street vendors selling fruits, etc beside the mall, photos as below. Lots of eateries too within the mall. Won't go hungry at anytime of the day.
Room wise as per advertised in their website. We are happy with our 2 nights stay in the spacious room. Breakfast was decent too.
The hotel is abt 1+km from Zumiao Metro. Walking is doable with cabin luggage."

"Very close to Lecong Furniture City—only about a 5–10 minute walk. For Muslim guests, there is also a nearby Lanzhou noodle restaurant. Overall, everything was great. A very satisfying place with excellent service. The receptionist was helpful, friendly, and professional."

"We stayed here over the Chinese New Year holiday and had a wonderful experience. Our space‑themed family room was a real highlight — the kids absolutely loved it. The indoor pool and gym were well maintained and a pleasure to use. The hotel also put on plenty of children’s activities specially for the festive period, which added to the fun. Breakfast offered a good variety and was consistently well stocked despite the busy season. We would happily stay here again."

"This was my first time staying at Atour and I chose it mainly because it’s near Zu Miao and has good amenities. It turned out to be a really good choice since everything is just a few minutes’ walk away and there’s no need to take the subway.
I’m quite particular about cleanliness, and for a hotel with such high turnover, they still managed to keep everything up to standard, which I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was the hospitality from the front desk staff and the housekeeping team. They were attentive, listened to my requests, and were very efficient. I also felt at ease knowing my packages were safely kept for me during my stay.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience and I would definitely stay at Atour again!"

"I felt the service to be quite cold compared to some other hotels I’ve been to during this trip in China. Our room had a smoke smell that i couldn’t pinpoint but I spoke to the front desk about it and they offered to switch rooms or do a smoke treatment. I chose to do the treatment since I didn’t want to pack everything up, but when I returned to the room it was pretty much the same. The hallways always smelled fresh and like perfume/cologne though. There was also a cigarette burn in the couch. They did give little gifts upon check in and check out. I wouldn’t consider this stay a 4 star hotel experience but for the price it is not bad."

"I liked it, BUT...
First the good: They brought me a heater when the robe wasn't enough. All of the staff is so very kind and attentive. All speak excellent or job appropriate English. It is a great place for these two reasons. But there is more good news. They're connected by a hallway to Luckin and 7/11 which make a nice comfort with inclement weather or when yr in a rush. The pillow menu lavendar pillow has no smell but the herbal Chinese Chrysanthemum is perfect olfactory and texture. There are extra blankets and pillows.
Why it was my first and last:
Wait til yr downstairs to call your car service. Floors 3-35 are for apartment residents, except for 7 which is the gym, spa, cafes. Ride to 36, change elevators to go to floors 36-50 hotel rooms. It's not that clean. Everything is kinda dusty.
Everywhere, random hair which was gross to me: hand soap pump, the tub, breakfast ewww. The wood panel walls have never met Murphys Oil Soap and they look like the years they've been there. Also if yr allergic, be forewarned the French toast has peanut butter in it. I wanted to go to the sauna and steam room but the things I saw in the room made me think I shouldn't.
They can and should do better. The people who work there are lovely and it is a decent building but I wouldn't stay again because I need more cleanliness."
