The cleaning lady kept insisting they had already cleaned it thoroughly and that it was spotless! She kept going on and on, asking if a new seat cover would be better?? Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and just told her to forget it, no need! In the end, they didn't even clean it and then had the nerve to ask me why I was so impatient?? Excuse me, after being inconvenienced for two hours during my rest time, are we now the ones being blamed for impatience?"

The room facilities were well-maintained. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – allowing for a truly restful sleep after a day of travel and meetings. The lighting and power outlets were thoughtfully placed, making it convenient for work, and the internet speed was stable and fast, perfect for desk work. The hotel also offers self-service laundry and drying facilities, which is incredibly practical for long-term business travelers. Public areas were regularly cleaned, and the lobby was elegant and pristine. Overall, both the soft and hard amenities were excellent, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. This hotel offers incredible value for money for business trips. I've already saved it and will definitely make it my go-to hotel for future business travel."

There was ample workspace in the room, and the internet was stable, so handling urgent work was no problem at all. The mattress was just the right firmness, and I fell asleep quickly. The cleanliness was also very meticulous. The front desk was responsive and reliable – a big thumbs up! I've stayed at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in other cities before, and this one consistently provides excellent service and a fantastic experience.
