"I had higher expectations for a four-star hotel. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and the room initially looked very nice. However, the following day, while adjusting the curtains, I noticed a significant amount of mold on the wall, which was quite disappointing. I immediately reported it to reception, and to their credit, they quickly upgraded me to their best available room. While I appreciated the prompt service, it’s clear that some rooms are in need of maintenance and updating. That said, my overall stay was pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options."

"Erittäin mukava paikka, puhdas ja viihtyisä huone, erittäin mukava makuuhuone, hiljainen alue askel päässä keskusta-asemalta, kaunis yhteisen keittiön kanssa tisane kulma ja hyvin varustettu kahvia. Aamiainen ei sisälly, mutta pakattu sarveiskalvon oli aina saatavilla. Hyvä hinta. Hieno sanoa!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and has supermarkets nearby. Not all staff speak English, but communication was not a problem. You leave your key at the front desk when you come and go. There's a Carabinieri (Italian national police, different from regular police) building very close by, so the security is perfect. I stayed for three nights. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time."

"This hotel is in the historic centre, a few steps from Piazza Saffi. Our room was a good size and the en suite also spacious and bright. The en suite had its own window which is not so common these days. All was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast any more but this is not much of a problem as there is a good bar/pasticceria almost next to the hotel’s front door and several more within a couple of hundred yards. If being close to the centre matters this is an excellent choice."
