"Could have been a little cleaner. Few items needed mending - shower screen, carpet grips were sharp. Nice location once we found the street name Booked tennis but was water logged so too slippy to play Good kitchen if wanted to make meals Hot water was hot but was signs saying so Filey 5 mins drive - see photo for Parking close to the beach"

"We have just got home after a great 2 night stay here - at this time of year there is no parking directly outside but this is not a problem as we got a (free) space further up the road. Warm welcome from James on arrival. The room and ensuite were immaculate - is it weird to say probably the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen?! Lots of lovely extras like slippers/robes/mini fridge and good selection of teas/coffees etc. Appreciated the proper coffee bags and Yorkshire tea of course! Very comfy bed, and the little breakfast and bottled water was an added bonus. Location is central Filey so everything is close by. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"
