Room is clean and comfortable. One thing I disappointed is airport transfer service. I booked and paid the fee at the hotel,but taxi driver requires to pay the fee. So I call the hotel staff on the spot,but hotel staff said didn't receive the fee. Because of this, I was made to pay twice.

Incredible service every step of the way. Mohammed is an absolute legend who helped us out with everything from finding laundry on night one to sorting us out with a guide around Fes. Beautiful place on the outskirts of the Medina with easy access to the roundabout and the Blue Gate. Would 100000% stay here again. Thanks so much for everything to all of the staff at Layla, especially Mohammed!!!!

We enjoyed this Riad. The location was perfect and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and provided a very nice breakfast in the morning. We adored Latifa, who shared so many tips with us. She gave great restaurant recommendations and helped us figure out how to navigate the souk without a guide. She also recommended and made reservations at a hammam for us, which we really enjoyed! There are so many great Riads to choose from, but the staff at this one is what took a good stay to great!

The Riad is well located inside a quiet part of the Medina, a short walk into the souks. The rooms are large and the breakfast on the rooftop is ample. It is a good value for the money. The only drawback is that some of the rooms are up several flights of very narrow steps. And the breakfast area on the rooftop is five floors up from the main floor. This was not a problem for us, but those with mobility issues would be better off choosing another place. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Riad, the most attentive staff we’ve encountered traveling in Morocco! The haman and massage were the best I’ve had anywhere. I’d stay here again.

Accueil sympathique avec thé à la menthe et petits gâteaux marocains. Personnel courtois. Riad bien situé et facile d’accès.

Just Incredible Stay at Riad Layla Thank you Riad Layla for being such a wonderful place to stay! If I could give this place 10 stars I would, I loved my stay at this Riad. Every single member of the staff I interacted with was just beyond nice and incredible. The room (Zaina) was a perfect rest and recovery after the Sahara. The hammam was incredible and I felt like a new person afterwards. I had two breakfasts and one dinner at the Riad - never disappointed, the food was so full of flavour. The Riad is relatively easy to find and once you get a hang of some local landmarks (fountain, road access, etc.) it is very easy to navigate around. Safety and security is not an issue here. If I ever return to Fes/Fez, there is no other place I would even think about staying at!

Bellissimo e raffinato un Riad Al centro di festa cinque minuti a piedi dal sud. Le camere sono Molto raffinate e molto ben curate, il patio È stupendo così come la terrazza dove è possibile pranzare o cenare o fare anche la colazione in estate. Pompe di calore presenti nelle stanze, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, abbiamo girato diversi Riad in Marocco e devo dire che questo è stato il più bello

Camera spaziosa Struttura nella parte più vecchia e tipica della città. Camera molto spaziosa, lo staff ci ha preparato la colazione da portare via prima dell'alba.
