對比起摩洛哥的服務和房間已經算不錯了，酒店可以觀察到菲斯全景，值得沒有到訪過菲斯的人來居住

一個人的旅行選擇包車遊最合適了，在遊覽卡薩布蘭卡景點的時候發現攜程推薦的當地嚮導摩洛哥小林，從諮詢到預訂都讓我非常滿意，我是個不挑剔的人，小林也是爽快的人，我們一拍即合。非常推薦旅遊選摩洛哥小林包車。

Nous n'avons fait que d'y prendre un verre et un repas . Etait-ce la pizza ou bien la salade? le fait est que mon amie suite à ce repas a été malade, à moins que cela ne provienne du café gourmand avec les pâtisseries pas très fraîches... Cela ne nous a pas empêché de récidiver , à cause de la vue uniquement et du jardin faut-il préciser, et revenir prendre un café et une verveine... Le serveur pas du tout sympathique a décrété qu'il n'y avait que des sachets de verveine... Il est finalement revenu avec une théière pleine de verveine pas filtrée du tout et donc la tisane a été imbuvable... Il a dû la ramener après avoir vérifié lui-même qu'il était inadmissible qu'un hôtel 5 étoiles puisse servir ce genre de breuvage dégoûtant... Il est donc revenu avec une théière de menthe... Un café et une verveine ( transformée en menthe par la force des choses) pour 90 dirhams, il faut avouer que c'est un peu exagéré même si la vue est belle !!! Le petit passage aux toilettes n'a pas amélioré l'impression générale puisque les deux toilettes femme étaient bourrées de papier, la chasse ne fonctionnait pas bien, donc la propreté habituelle qu on attend d'un 5 étoiles n'était pas au rendez-vous... Quel gâchis , une si belle vue un service et un entretien aussi peu performants, et bien peu d'honneur pour la dynastie des mérinides !!!

Good: View from Terrace and half the rooms. (Although noise comes along with that view). Bad: No air Location poor - not safe No store near by Meal options Ugly; No water. Seriously, no water unless you pay for it. So you are in a country you can’t drink the water and none is provided in the room or in the restaurant. Outrageous! Seriously think of being elsewhere. Their clientele is basically tour groups.

Nothing Special The hotel is just ok. Really nothing special. The staff were not rude, but I didn't find them to be particular warm and they were not terribly friendly to my Moroccan friend who was traveling with me. The bed options are limited if you are friends traveling. Either share a double bed or make due with a single bed each.

Got a very good price and stayed two nights visiting old Fez which is just below the hotel- see photos of the view! Breakfast was fine with delicious pastries and freshly cooked omelettes. Try and avoid going to eat when the large tour groups are in. Room was perfect and very large. Only problem was trying to get a taxi back to the hotel. Many drivers refused for some reason and said they were going in a different direction. This happened both days which is a bit annoying and time consuming.

Staff were helpful but unfortunately The hotel is old and run down. After complaint due to PowerPoints falling out of walls, no hairdryer, mattress sagging and flat and no air conditioning we were moved to a different room. Still issues with PowerPoints loose in the wall and the power coming to them intermittently so the phone charge is on and off but the whole hotel has no air conditioning. Although advertised to have it, only the heating is available. Travelling for 30 days, this is the worst hotel we have come across. Very very disappointing. I am unsure how is has been appointed 5 stars.

Its not a new hotel so has a good position out of town overlooking the valley. It has a cool open air pool. The flies can be a big of a nuisance if sunbathing Rooms are a good size, clean and some have super views over the valley. This is the biggest plus Staff are nice though reception can be a little frosty Dinner buffets are nice enough. Breakfasts are poor and poorly organised Coffee is instant. Getting water is tough here, at breakfast they bring out 1 litre of water at a time then you have to wait for another , this is with maybe 60 people dining. In the room you get one small bottle a day supplied. **You really should bring water with you**. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms. Tea and coffee are not included at dinner nor any other fluids including water. This hotel was perhaps grand at one time but has been eclipsed by newer ones and now the accountants are in charge looking to charge wherever they can and provide cheaper costing food. Its a good hotel, very good is pushing it I would rank this as four star hotel. A reasonable choice but stingy

We walked into the hotel and thought ‘wow’ but then we walked into our bedroom! It was somewhat ‘tired’ and in need of decoration and refurbishment. I then walked into the bathroom- my photos tell the tale! As there wasn’t a kettle in the room I went to reception to ask if we could have one ‘No’ was the firm reply. I then asked if I could borrow an iron ‘No’ again. I pointed out that this had been the norm in other hotels. Grim faced silence! Not even a laundry list and bag were in evidence. The food at dinner time was just lukewarm and totally unappetising. Apparently there are other dining rooms but our group was not given access to them. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

La peor experiencia en Marruecos. Pague una cerveza, mi banco me confirma transacción pero la máquina del hotel se bloqueo, pedimos que imprimieran la última transacción y no lo hacían hasta que pedí llamar a la policía, ahí si lo imprimieron. Tenían razón no había pasado mi tarjeta, pero tenía yo que confiar en ellos sin que me mostrarán el comprobante de la última transacción (el administrador solo me decía es su problema no el mio que no confíe en mi, yo solo quería copia de la última transacción)

Nous avons fait que la piscine. Hôtel très propre à l’intérieur, très jolie déco locale. Le personnel très accueillant et très gentil, aux petits soins. En revanche la piscine c’est dommage pour un 5 étoiles d’y trouver bêtes, feuilles.. elle n’a pas l’air d’être nettoyée ou alors c’est fait qu’une fois le matin, ça donne pas envie de s’y baigner. Dans les toilettes, la porte ne se ferme pas. Il y a sûrement besoin de rénovation quand même. Quoi qu’il en soit la vue est magnifique et domine la vieille ville de fez. Très bel hôtel malgré tout 😎

Of the twelve properties we stayed in on our tour of Spain, Portugal and Morocco, this was one of the worst. Thank goodness it was only for one night! The room was a nightmare. There was no hot water (lukewarm at best), Wi-Fi was awful (disconnects, slow), and the air conditioner only blew hot air. (We had to open a window and listen to road noise all night just to keep the temperature at a livable level.) In the bathroom the toilet seat was missing the "feet" on the bottom that keep it up off the bowl and provide some friction, so the seat doesn't slip around. That made things interesting. The breakfast was overpriced even at "free". The selections were minimal, and the eggs were cold. Nothing redeeming about this property that I can think of. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere when looking for a place to stay in Fes.

Our room was spacious and well appointed , and we had 'the view' too . The hotel is high above the old town of Fez and has fabulous views of the surrounding countryside . If you are in the annexe you wont be so lucky . The food , evening buffet and breakfast , was good and the dining room too was a room with a view , as was the bar , a great place to relax after an energetic day of sightseeing .

Stayed here foe 2 nights whilst touring Morocco. Best part of the hotel was the superb views over Fes. Hotel is dated, very few facilities in room, no coffee etc. However room was clean. Evening meals, although a reasonable choice, it was basic and most food wasn't hot. Same for breakfast.
