"Conveniently located, right in the center. A very kind gentleman greeted us and was very welcoming. He also made a delicious cappuccino for breakfast. The breakfast was rather basic, but good. The room is a reasonable size, with two separate beds, but they are narrow, like single beds. You have to be careful not to fall at night. The mattress is comfortable, and the pillows are very firm for me (there's a second set of pillows in the closet, and they're just as firm). The hotel has an elevator, which is also important. The walls are decorated with various attractive paintings, and the breakfast room features a selection of photographs of newspaper kiosks – fascinating to peruse. The hotel is rather tired, but it strives to please its guests as best it can."

"I found bed bugs on my pillow. The guy of the reception assigned me another bed (it was already 1 in the night). Unfortunately also the other bed was really dirty under the sheets. So I slept on a couch in the lobby. In the morning I asked for a refund and the same guy of the reception told me that I had schizofrenia. The only positive thing is the position."
