Henkilökunta oli myös ystävällinen ja apukas, lisäten sileän kokemuksen sisäänkäynnistä uloskäynnille. "Everything, from accommodations, service, food, cleanliness, quiet, charm, and impressive attention to detail, are why Luz Houses rates 5 stars. We had no reservations when we left Lisbon in the rain on 24 November in a rental car. We definitely didn't expect to experience car trouble on our way north. By the time the car was drivable again, it was getting dark. My partner found Luz Houses on our GPS so we drove in the direction of Fatima. We were relieved when we arrived at the gate and learned that one Luz house was still unoccupied that night. After parking the car, we waited in the "Mother House" while #5 was prepared. We drank tea and ate cookies while drying off and feeling lucky. House #5 turned out to be the perfect one for us, cozy and warm with plenty of space and everything we needed. After a good night's sleep, we decided we needed to stay a second night. That meant we'd have time to drive to Nazare, an hour away, to see the waves. At breakfast on both days, we'd had the opportunity to speak with other guests and hear about their adventures as we indulged in an incredible selection of foods. We also had the good fortune to meet Pedro and Ana, the proprietors of Luz Houses, on the day we checked out, which added more value to our stay. Before we left, we walked around the grounds experiencing an overall feeling of peace and contentment from being surrounded by nature. For us, Luz Houses was the kind of serendipitous experience that makes life worth living."

"Good location to the Sanctuary of Fatima & good restaurants within a few meters. Excellent breakfast selection included in price. Clean room, surroundings,and requests ( ie quiet room, no smell of cigarettes ) prior to arrival were provided. Bed is a soft mattress ( we are used to firm) but we had a good sleep overnight despite that. Only comment I would say reception tried to charge (9.75) to use their private parking upon checkin because we booked thru a third party & not directly to hotel. Fortunately I had written conditions including free parking in my booking with Trip.com. Its one of the primary reasons I booked with the hotel, the free parking & closeness to the sanctuary. Staff were helpful and polite. We checked out of room 10am, and car could remain their car park until we left after 12 midday. Highly recommend this hotel in Fatima."

"Olen aina nauttinut aikani Hotel Santa Isabel, ja minä jaan joitakin monista syistä: ~ hotelli on niin lähellä Pyhäkkö ... lyhyt 5-minute kävely ~ monista huoneista, on kaunis näkymä Basilica valoa myöhään asti ~ henkilöstö on mukava ja hyödyllinen ... Kaikki erityiset pyynnöt on muistettu. ~ huoneet ovat hyvin puhtaita ja jokaisella on jääkaappi (asunnot ovat keittiö) ~ ilmastointi, lämmitys ja WIFI kaikki toimivat hyvin ... koskaan ongelmia. ~ Check in on easy and there is someone at Reception from 7am to 11pm ~ Hotel on a short walk from the bus station ~ there is a paid parking lot very near the hotel ~ and, finally, the atmosphere - Hotel has a calm, relaxed feeling, Todennäköisesti koska se ei ole valtava hotelli. "So glad we chose the Hotel Santo Amaro for our first ever trip to Fatima, in terms of convenience to the Basilica and the apparition chapel you won’t be disappointed it’s literally 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is lovely from check in to check out no problems at all. The staff at this hotel are lovely so pleasant and helpful which as someone who travels a bit is something I always hope for, it makes such a difference to your stay when you have people who are approachable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious the cappuccino was the best in Fatima I had a few 😊 we had dinner on one evening only because we wanted to try a few places while there, dinner was delicious I had salmon and my companion had an omelette especially made as he wasn’t feeling like a big meal, no problem whatsoever the young man serving us was so lovely. So when I return to Fatima in the future I won’t think twice about booking this hotel. Well done to all the staff for running such a great place considering how busy you guys are. "
