"The location of this hotel is so good. It is near to the market, to fast food restaurants like jollibee, mcdo, chowking etc. It is also near the ports to cebu, Bohol and Camotes. The room is quite clean and spacious."

Write honestly what the room size is. It is a very ugly behavior to market a room that does not exist. People are shocked at the reception with their suitcases."

"The location is quite good it's close to malls and the market. The room is clean and well-maintained. However, going up the stairs from the ground to the third floor can be exhausting, especially when carrying a lot of bags. We stayed for two nights, and overall, it was a pretty good experience!"

"The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average."

"Not sure if other hotels have or do not have hot water for shower. GV Hotel does not, please note. Also the shower is spacious but no seperate cubicle. The whole floor gets wet as you shower, may be a common feature in the tropical cities. Nevertheless, the proximity to SM Mall is the best feature, you can get everything in the Hypermarket and most of the popular food outlets under one roof, just a 2 minute walk opposite the same street. If you want to try the BBQ style, please visit first floor with very reasonable price. see photo here showing the menu."
