"有免費停車場，這對出差人士很重要，而且停車不擁擠，直接開到電梯口停下就行。 前台和我的房間是兩個不同樓層，但是四組電梯上下特別方便。 樓下有好幾個便利店，買點什麼東西很方便，周邊可能吃的偏少，但是距離美食街商業街都不遠。 前台小妹妹好熱情，幾乎有求必應，好像 24 小時都能看到她，蠻累的。 房間是新的，打掃的很乾凈，淋浴特別好用，這兩點對我來説就足夠了 床品舒適，晚上睡覺很安靜，可以安心休息。 保潔阿姨也是滿臉微笑很熱情，盡職盡責。 小建議：一次性用品稍微升級一下，捲紙用大一點，牙刷用好一點，配套牙膏用六到八克最好了，總之特別滿意"

"We had a really wonderful experience. My family and I, a total of five people, booked a deluxe business smart suite room, which has three bedrooms. The hotel was new and clean. The location was nice, with a shopping mall, food stalls, and bus stop nearby. The decoration in the room was really nice and the room was spacious. Although it said that the room was smoking permitted, the room doesn't smell at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay."

"酒店在一棟單元樓裏，第一次去不算很好找，不過周邊有餐館超市，生活和出行都比較方便，離昆明站走路5分鐘，房間很大，是真的大，也很乾凈衞生，洗沐衞三區獨立，電腦配置也不錯，但房間非常大，空調卻太小，空調不給力就衹能早早的縮進被窩裡了，就這點覺得挺遺憾，其他都很不錯！"

It looks a little smaller than photos. For a group of 5, it was nice to sleep and rest in. However, we needed to shift the furniture slightly to accommodate all our luggage. Though it was a self check-in, the staff was very responsive. We were informed via email to connect with the owner via WeChat. Her instructions to the check-in was clear, and even recommended places around to visit. It has a nice view of the city and it was fairly convenient to get to anywhere, as the train station was a few minutes walk.

Incredible quality for the price paid. Room is big and clean with provisions equivalent to a 4 even some 5 star hotel deluxe rooms. Bed is big and comfortable. Front desk service desk helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good as well. Free laundry and gym. Many eateries nearby. Will definitely look for this label in other cities whenever available.

I didn't take any pictures of the room, but it was a great experience to stay here. The room was exactly as advertised, clean, and had all the amenities. At a price I couldn't believe I would actually pay for such a large and beautiful room. The room was new, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to the university, there was a lot of food and cheap.

My most enjoyable staying experience in Kun Ming. Had a restful sleep, beautiful view from level 28, huge room for my family, clean rooms, water heater is available, lots of wall plugs for charging mobile phones, receptionists are available and attentive to all our needs, right outside the hotel there are roadside stores to get a taste of local breakfast. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience and return to this place if and when I do visit Kun Ming again.

Very original room with a big jacuzzi in the corner. I really liked it and felt relax before my business trip the next day. They didn't have an iron, but after asking they helped me find one. Great service!

Great location, near the shopping centre, subway, many food, outlets. Friendly staff, beautiful view from the 35th floor. - As for this room category, this time it was bad. There was a strong smell of cigarettes and dampness in the room. Furniture needs dry cleaning, it is impossible to sit on the chair because it was dirty. In the bathroom, the water from the shower is spreading on the floor, the drain does not work properly. Some towels were stained. There were cigarette butts in the bathroom in the flowerpot. The bed linen was clean. I like this place, but such details cause inconvenience and a bad experience. I hope it's easy to fix.

the room has a great view of the city. i got to enjoy the sunset. there are many eateries around and it is located near to the kunming south railway station. the hotel has a free service to send and receive guests from the railway station. the room is a bit cold, insulation can be improved. the receptionist is friendly and helpful.
