Impeccable service from all the staff, both at reception and in the dining room. A generous and varied buffet breakfast. Fabulous value for money. I recommend the superior double room; it was completely renovated and located on the fourth floor, away from the school groups. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended."

Yes, the bathroom is dated but who spends their time in there?! The shower was hot so perfectly happy with that. The food was tasty too. In my opinion a lovely 3 star hotel and a perfect base for a skiing holiday in Encamp"

"We were blown away by this hotel during a family trip to Spain/Andorra! If you love boutique, really high-end hotels, you'll love Grau Roig! If you love Michellin star-level dining, you'll love Grau Roig! If you love being pampered by elite leves of service/hospitality, you'll love Grau Roig! The hotel made our brief ski trip over new year's a trip to remember. It's truly ski-on / ski-off. The hotel will procure your ski passes for you, even have a gear rental store in the basement level of the hotel, next to the lockers. Our room rate came with board, which included a terrific breakfast buffet and a la carte menu as well as a gourmet multi-course dinner each night. One night, the kids wanted room service, which literally arrived 10 minutes after it was ordered. My wife and I enjoyed the Theater of Wine, which was a lavish dining experience with wine pairing. The service, plates, stemware, etcetera were on par with any dining experience I've had, anywhere. The service level was outstanding throughout our entire trip, and we loved the quiet alcove with connected rooms that the hotel provided for our family of 4. I will be looking for an opportunity to return, as ssoon as possible! Thank you Grau Roig!"

"Un très réussite rénovation pour cette ancienne ferme située au-dessus d’Encamp. Oubliés les bruits et la foule andoranne: on dans un espace de pleine tranquilité, avec accès direct au chemin de randonnée les Pardines. Erinomainen ja lämmin koti, suunnittelu huoneet ja mukavat. Spa ja sisäuima-allas ovat erittäin miellyttävät. Kaunis paikka puristaa täydessä luonnossa ja ottaa korkeus."
