Petite remarque cet hôtel a changé de direction donc les avis de plus d’un an ne sont plus réellement d’actualité. Bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre, avec une belle piscine et un petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel à l’écoute de nos besoins et disponibles pour trouver des solutions, bref à conseiller.

It was good value for money. Could have been a little better service and smiles. But the stay was great, could easily have come back to this place

Great people, great atmosphere, delicious food , quiet, very clean, very nice view from the balcony, sea and mountains ! Amazing experience, very close to the beach, very close to Elounda Center and Kolokita Beach. Stuff is very friendly, rooms are very clean.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. On outskirts of town but easy 10 minite walk to centre along restaurant strip. Seems to have been spruced up and looks nice and fresh and clean. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate. Helpful staff. In house breakfast and dinner is limited but reasonable and good value if you want to avoid more expensive restaurants. Pool area was clean and quiet. Pool itself often had rather a lot of flies amd leaves in it although at other times was good for a cool down.

Just returned from a lovely stay at The Krini. Great location, just a 15 minute walk down to the harbour and restaurants/shops. Had an amazing view from my room, which was so peaceful with only the sound of the birds. Nice little pool area, plenty of sunbeds and not busy (May). Enjoyed a very tasty meal at the hotel - starter, main, dessert and a drink of your choice for 12 euro pp which was great value. A small and friendly hotel, great staff and great location. I want to wish Eleni (hope name spelt correctly) every success in her new venture. Such a lovely lady who deserves to succeed. I would definitely return - I didn't want to leave! Carol x

Perfect location for what we needed. We stayed in a sea view family room which was two interconnected rooms with balcony. Hotel was not busy and the pool was quiet and refreshing. 10 minute walk into centre but we took the 15 minute scenic route down to the bay and Along the seafront. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would return and highly recommend. Thanks to all that made our stay very enjoyable.

Pros: Jist outside of main area so parking available. Good sea views and a small balcony to sit out in main building. Air con. Staff try to help best they can. Bungalow buildings have larger balconies but rooms same size as sea view rooms. 10 minute walk slightly downhill into main town. Cold shower and toilet available next to pool for late leavers. Cons: Small rooms needing tlc. Bathrooms tiny with shower curtain very close to toilet that cannot be moved / set to side. Fridge iced up and too compact for anything substantial. Mattress lumpy with one pillow each. Pillowcases missing from spare pillows. Air con leaking onto only desk/ table in room. Limited storage space for clothes. 2 towels in room for 2 people. No handrails on higher floors stairwells. Stairs / flooring inside marble tiled. Pool tiles dirty and pool floor painted which rubbed off on feet. No pool towels - sun loungers material worn through and tatty. Toilet / shower by pool door does not lock. Paid more for bottled beer in hotel than in chic town centre. If paying card then have to pay at reception as only have one card reader machine. Cash preferred but no cash kept in til so have to go to reception to pay. Cannot consume own products at hotel unless in room despite being room only and no cooking facilities. Paid more here than I would have liked considering all of the above.

Pool was the best part Luckily we were there for only one night. Older hotel- pictures don’t match. Minimal. Nice people but the manager smoked in her office which made the reception area smell. Good parking. Blood stained pillow. Bed hard. Water in shower slow drain. Chairs on the small balcony was one of the worse chairs I’ve sat in. Convenient restaurant & bar there though we didn’t eat there. View from the balcony 2nd best part

Balcony looks over nice pool A bit tired. Small bathroom and bedroom, balcony looks over the generous pool, buffet breakfast was passable. No lift - our room was on top floor. Good spot to visit Spinalonga leper island by boat. Good restaurant selections in Elounda but you need to drive there from the hotel.

Good hotel Hotel was friendly and welcoming. A few issues with insects but were dealt with straight away. Big clean pool and spacious rooms

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast with hot and cold options, pool is nice, limited parking, 10-15 min walk to town. Property is older, rooms small and average quality.

Maria really made the trip for us! She was super helpful and kind. She checked when we skipped breakfast if everything was ok, which it was, but appreciated the way she checked in. So friendly. After a dodgy start the rest of our stay was fantastic. We paid extra for a sea view balcony and after the first night's hiccup we had one and it was so nice. I read on some reviews that rooms weren't clean but ours was very. The hotel is a ten minute walk away from the main bustle and that was perfect for us. The hotel was quiet in the evenings, it was October so end of season but that suited us. We had an amazing relaxing week. With secial thanks to Maria!

We stayed in a family room with mountain view which got the sun on the balcony in the evening. It's basically two interconnecting rooms, with a door between the two bedrooms which suited us well as we have two small children. The hotel was clean and staff friendly, but the whole place is lacking personality and atmosphere. There is a bar but it is inside. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food. About a 20 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars but there are more closer than that too. We spent one day at the pool and it was so quiet (no background music even) that we went and used the pool at a bar down the road which had much more going on.
