"Although the location is a little inaccessible, that’s how the beautiful view of train coming out from tunnel can be seen. And the inaccessible location is overly compensated by the service, there is TukTuk to fetch you from Ella Town or Ella station when you arrive. During your stay, they fetched us back from Ella town after dinner around 9pm to the accommodation for the convenience. Also upon check out, they sent us back to Ella station. So, you can to enjoy the view in absolute nature without compromising the convenience. Absolutely love the place. Just walking distance to 9 Arch."

"We stayed at a wonderful hotel nestled among the trees, right in the heart of nature in Ella. 🌿 The hotel's location is truly unique; being within walking distance of the famous Nine Arch Bridge was a huge plus. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning and taking a short walk to the bridge was incredibly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a natural, integrated feel. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the view… it's hard to describe, you see every shade of green. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be one with nature, find peace, and be close to one of Ella's most beautiful spots. 🌄"

"We read all the good comments before our stay and it was a total disappointment. We stayed a night without electricity and owner made no effort to fix the matter or call as back as a courtesy. Manager at site was helpless so we had to cut short the stay. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"Exceptional property and next level service from the entire Nine Skies team. The pool and views are beautiful, and the dining is great. It is the team however who make this property extra special. During our stay we had an emergency situation with our son needing urgent surgery and the Nine Skies team supported us throughout the whole experience travelling to the hospital on that first scary night and multiple times with food and home comforts during our sons stay. We returned to nine skies to recover after being released from the hospital and it felt like coming home. Thank you for your genuine care and first class hospitality."
