"All good really, room clean, bed comfortable and food was fine (sad to hear that Beefeater brand is disappearing and the business model set up is changing). Staff were really pleasant and helpful - they made the short stay very enjoyable rather than just functional."

"Got given a room. Was dirty with dirty used towels. Bugs in the bath and pillow cases on the floor. Moved rooms and was equally as disgusting. Stained carpets yellow towels"

"We were made extremely welcome by the reception team, special shout out to Kirsty and Nicole who were just the best and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was great and had a really good range considering this is an IHG budget hotel. We'd stay here again as a driveable alternative to staying in London and also to explore the area to visit Whipsnade Zoo. It was nice to be made to feel so welcome!"
