Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back! I had an extremely disappointing stay at Kaminsky Hotel in Dubai, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional, the staff was indifferent, and the overall experience was nothing short of frustrating. The check-in process was chaotic and took far longer than expected. The room was not ready despite my reservation, and when I finally got in, it was far from what was advertised—unclean, poorly maintained, and with several amenities either broken or missing. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and getting basic requests fulfilled felt like an uphill battle. The staff showed little to no concern for guest satisfaction. Any issues I raised were either ignored or met with dismissive responses. The level of customer service was shockingly poor for a hotel in Dubai, a city known for its hospitality. To top it all off, the noise levels were unbearable, and the hotel’s facilities were either overcrowded or not functioning properly. I left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I will never stay here again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

The hotel is one of my favorites hotels.. I love the location and view.. everything is great and directed access to Dubai Mall and all around.. I wish to visit it again soon

The location and people are perfect. The rooms are nice. The facilities are okay. The reception were cooperating. I have some concerns about the brand of the hotel vs. the quality of rooms. I have stayed in several Kempinski hotels around the world. This one is okay but below every other Kempinski hotel I stayed at. Here there are some comments which the hotel manager should look at such as “the shower head is fixed and not adjustable due to applying glue, dental kit is only available upon request .. )

下午四點多到酒店辦理入住等待時間太長時間太長房間沒準備好，晚上打了兩次要轉換插頭都沒給送，沒有牙刷。

Hatte einen sehr guten Aufenthalt im Kempinski Hotel. Sehr gut. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Lobby connected to Dubai Mall. Super easy access to Dubai mall. View from room is nice. Used to be called Address Dubai mall, just changed to Kempinski this year.

Trip.com did not inform us that this hotel's name been changed from Address Downtown to Kempinski as of Jan 1, 24. I had booked Address Downtown on Dec 16, 23 and not Kempinski. The taxi driver took us to the new Address Downtown which they didn't have our reservation record then we had to go back to the old Address Downtown which is Kempinski now. It was a waste of our time and I don't like Kempinski hotels. Trip.com should had informed us this change of names and this is the poor service from Trip.com. This is really makes me doubt Trip.com's professionalism and creditability.
