I had a fantastic stay! The team at the front desk were incredibly helpful and made check-in seamless. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had all necessary amenities. The rooftop lounge was a great spot to unwind in the evening. Clean, quiet, and secure. This hotel really prioritizes guest satisfaction. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Nice location, good facilities, however, nothing impressive compare with other five stars hotels in Dubai.

服務一如既往的最佳水準，這家瑞吉裝修風格比較中規中矩，但是位置實在太黃金了，就在棕櫚灣，樓頂無邊泳池更是現在最火的網紅，可惜沒時間去棕櫚灣玩了，下次來繼續住這家

酒店在棕櫚島上，樓上就是觀景台和無邊泳池，地理位置有絕對優勢，有送到52樓的觀景台門票 ，但不是黃金時間的，也去不了54樓，訂的兩個房間，一個房間有送巧克力，另外一個沒有，有的房間又給了鮮花，不知道區別的原因是什麼

瑞吉服務真的非常好，給女兒提供了全套洗浴用品，還有小童小拖鞋和浴袍。2歲的娃第一次住酒店穿到合適的拖鞋，超級開心～ 服務也是超級無敵好！ 除了私人沙灘寶寶去不了，其他沒毛病

Amazing service. Butler and concierge service was personalised, quick and attentive. We can even communicate by WhatsApp which really helps when we are out of our room. We lost one of the delivery package and Zaw of concierge service, stayed past his work hour to help us locate the package.  There was a wide selection for breakfast and the presentation of the bread and pastries table look so nice.

Amazing room, fantastic breakfast (the fresh croissants are to die for), provided extension of room for a few hours and free ticket to palm view. Only downside, the butler service was not the most helpful, I was sick and requested for salt water/isotonic water, but reply was they only have tonic water. Everything else was amazing and great hospitality, especially the check in and concierge. Definitely live up to St Regis standard worldwide.
