I stayed here for just 2 nights, it was terrible experience, the room was no clean so old furniture, blanket covers was so dirty, seems like was eaten by mouse 🐁, and the smell of the room was too nasty, I didn’t complain to front desk first of all because I didn’t had time for that, because after new year I went there for my business I was thinking about my business and whole the time was outside, the second is if they didn’t pay attention for these big things then I have nothing to say them but never ever again I will not put my feet in this hotel ever.

nice clean hotel, receptionists are very polite, all amenities for living are good. we ate on the first floor in the restaurant, the food is delicious but the portions are very very small, but otherwise everything is fine

I wish i could give them zero stars, if you are looking for a place to relax and a staycation this is definitely not the place for that, staff are extremely rude and i would specify his name as he said he is the manager (osama) made my stay the worst, very rude i had an issue and was talking to him he ignored me and was playing on the computer!
If i didn’t pay i would have never stayed!
Plus the room service is very bad you have to call for 4 times to bring you the stuff that should have been in room in the first place
Plus i requested when booked a cake for my friends birthday and osama said we have arranged it for you and was not there i don’t get why would he lie about a thing like that
You guys made my staycation a nightmare you have alot of work to do to reach other dubai hotel’s quality
