チェックイン時間がたったの2時間、それすぎたら自動キャンセルにして他の客をいれてしまって、本来泊まるべき客を路頭に迷わせた。そもそも2時間しかないなんてホテルじゃない。 たまたま他のホテルで最後の1部屋に泊まれたが、あれでもし泊まれなかったとしたらと思うとゾッとする。聞いた話だか他のところでもこう言う事がトバイではまかり通っているそうだ。 これはビジネス以前の問題。余りにもやり方が汚すぎる。 私は来週アラブ首長国連邦の大使館にこの申立のために赴く。 もうトバイには行かない！

Erfahrung mit TRIP.com: Keine Zimmer, unzumutbare Zustände und fehlende Rückerstattung Bei der ersten Buchung über TRIP.com kam es zu einer äußerst enttäuschenden Erfahrung. Nach Ankunft im gebuchten Hotel stellte sich heraus, dass keine Zimmer für uns verfügbar waren, obwohl bereits vier Nächte vollständig bezahlt worden waren. Die Zustände vor Ort waren untragbar: Das Hotel war von Kakerlaken befallen, die Bettwäsche wies Flecken auf, und neben dem Bett lag ein benutztes Kondom. Die hygienischen Verhältnisse im Bad und in der Toilette waren derart mangelhaft, dass es unmöglich war, sich dort auch nur die Hände zu waschen. Zudem verbreitete der Raum einen unerträglichen Gestank. Innerhalb von drei Minuten verließen wir das Zimmer und meldeten uns direkt an der Rezeption. Ein Mitarbeiter namens Hamza bestätigte eine Rückerstattung, jedoch war diese Zusage nicht ausreichend. TRIP.com bot lediglich einen Gutschein im Wert von 15 CHF an, der allerdings nie ausgestellt wurde. Eine Rückerstattung des bereits gezahlten Betrags von 172,68 CHF blieb ebenfalls aus, obwohl keine Übernachtung stattfand und das Hotel nicht in der Lage war, ein Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Zusätzlich wurde ein bei der Buchung angegebener Sonderwunsch ignoriert, was die Frage aufwirft, warum überhaupt entsprechende Felder in Buchungsformularen existieren. Schließlich entschieden wir uns, das Carlton Downtown Hotel zu buchen, welches wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Diese Buchung erfolgte über ***********, eine Plattform, mit der bislang durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht wurden.

The hotel wasn't as nice as posted 😕😔 I found cockroach inside beddings wasn't change I can found lady hair on the bed sheet they also gave me two single bed which I wasn't ok with toilet wasn't neat I wasted my 181. And the 10 I paid there..... not recommended I didn't take a photo Because I was very upset about my stay not even up to 24 hours they asked me to check out the terrible experience I got from a 2-star hotel not even a bottle of water inside of a coffee and tea towels not nice very upset

Отель шумно не очень чистый но цена хорошая

房間有味道，還有蟑螂，水杯裏都有 床上有毛髮，洗漱杯里有鬍子茬，還沒有拖鞋 特別特別差的體驗

Never again please be safe in this hotel because the staff talk rudely and they are doing lot of things to make you uncomfortable the room smell like dirty bathroom the sheets are yellow and unwashed the pillow has marks and the towel was all like rug and discoloured we have all the rashes because of the bed bugs and fly inside the room we didn’t take pictures of the room because we left immediately

Surprised with first booking of trip.com, how this type of third class property can be promoted? Shown great discount with world class amenities & practically its running like an orphan chowltry. Even a bottle of water has not given .WIFI given after asking tepeated times. For two guests, only one towel and stating that one more only can ve provided next day after o AM where as our checkout us of 11 am. Fed-up with bedbugs & checked out at 3.30 am and stayed with other one. As mentioned in amenities neither coffee/ tea maker nor hot water kettle available in room & no sitting arrangement. Checkin time too much time and difficult to find out location too. Front office is scrutinizing documents as if they are sanctioning a bank loan but not room checkin. Ancient interior, tiny space, smelling ambient, Chinese shampoo pouches and tablet soaps. No conditioner or cold cream sachets given. Hot water could be a dream hence not bothered to ask. No ceiling or side fan but survived with pointed wall AC blow wind. Room to lift also like Haloween movie setting and only one room service boy for an entire hotel.
