The water view design in the lobby is very textured. There is also a quiet book bar in the public area. It has a sense of design and is also very popular. The space is spacious enough. "The hotel room was comfortable, and the entire check-in process was super quick. Seeing us with all our bags, a staff member (Xiao Z) proactively helped us with our luggage, and their attitude was incredibly warm and thoughtful. There are 8 large washer-dryers on the first floor, which saved me so much hassle. The laundry detergent also smelled great – it was incredibly convenient for me, especially traveling with kids who get their clothes dirty so fast. Washing and drying everything in just over an hour was a lifesaver! When I didn't pick up my clothes in time, the staff had already washed, dried, and folded them for me [thumbs up]. The water pressure in the room's shower was also very strong – showering was amazing! Staying here, it's super easy to get to the scenic spots. Qinwang Palace and Qingming Cultural Park are just a short walk away. We played for two days and still felt like we hadn't seen enough of the attractions. Next time I come back to explore the parts we missed, I will definitely choose to stay at the Crystal Hotel again. The kids had a blast, and I did too! Highly recommend!"

After chatting with the owner, I learned he's a designer and designed the guesthouse himself. The breakfast, though simple-looking, was freshly handmade by the auntie every morning – so delicious and much better than those pre-made options! The room and bedding were spotless, and the location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from nearby attractions, so we just walked everywhere. First time I've written such a long review, haha! I'll definitely be back!!"
