We got upgraded to a dome room during the off-season, and I loved the tatami relaxation area and the balcony with breathtaking views. It would be even better if the private hot spring’s overhead cover could be removed and some small night lights added for extra ambiance! A big thank you to the thoughtful butler for their excellent care."

"Breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. The hotel has three floors, and you can watch projections in the rooms. There's a swimming pool on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the flowers planted there are quite lovely. The cleanliness, environment, and service are all excellent. They were very welcoming at check-in, and the owner is from my hometown! I forgot to take photos, so please use this text as a reference."

Since it was a weekday, we negotiated a free upgrade. The views from the mountain are magnificent, over 80 meters higher than the lower location. I absolutely loved the mountain ambiance and the stunning scenery!"

"Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped and well-maintained, looking relatively new! Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and I felt every area of the hotel was spotless. Environment: Surrounded by mountains, the air is fresh and clean. Service: A dedicated butler is always available, providing attentive service with a smile! One-hour private bath in the Bamboo Forest Hot Springs: Highly recommended. Not only is it photogenic, but it's also very clean. It was prepared an hour in advance, disinfected before soaking, and served with hot tea and snacks. A box of free-range eggs was also provided upon check-out! Their yellow tea is also delicious! Summary: Traveling in the off-season with fewer crowds is truly wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I compared many options and chose this one, and I wasn't disappointed!"

You can switch between the mountain tranquility and the outside world in just half an hour. I'll definitely be back."

The hotel is a great place for short trips, with excellent restaurants and snacks. I would definitely stay here again next time."
