The shuttle bus is responsive, this is a plus! The facilities in the wooden house are average, and the water has a taste! There are a lot of little squirrels outside the door!"

"The location is good, very close to the National Park and visitor centre. It has a restaurant and coffee shop and a shuttle buses. The hotel is very aged, needs a full upgrade. The fan is very old and noisy. When the next door room using shower/toliet you can hear clearly. All the towels/sheets should be for many years without change, small,hard and in dirty colour. The back door has no lock, using a wooden stick instead. The cleaners and front desk are untrained, they gave us a wrong instruction to our tour and ended up we missed it. When we asked for a room service to a cleaner, 2 managers came in and asked why we needed a room service(we only need to have a new towels and get rubbish removed). We were charged $44 for a luggage transfer fees when we check out( we’re not told when we checked in).Compared with other hotels at this area, the price is much higher. Princess lodge cross road is a much better choice but it was full when we booked it"

"The room was very clean, and the facilities were all new. There's a cafe on the first floor selling breakfast and sandwiches in the morning. The Park Connection bus goes directly there, and the hotel is closer to downtown than I expected. The shuttle service is very punctual, and it stops along the way if you need to go to the Denali Bus Depot. Additionally, if you need to go to the train station, your luggage can be easily transported directly to the final stop."

"Nothing to dislike. Close to Denali. All amenities are in place, including SHARP knives (which is highly unusual). Spacious bathroom. Grill's outside. On-site parking. Quiet. Just 2 cabins on the premises. NB.: when they say "pass long brown fence" beware: fence is short, but brown indeed. :) If you are into star gazing: there is a gas stop nearby with 24x7 lights ON. Our nickel to the hosts: it would be a very nice amendment to have a few hooks (on the wall by the entrance) for the jackets."

"Environment: The location is good, just in a good location in the town at the entrance of Denali National Park. There are cabins facing the river. The ordinary rooms are in a building on the mountain. You can drive to the entrance to put your luggage, and then drive back to the parking lot. The lobby is spacious and decorated in style. Service: There is a shuttle bus to Denali National Park, with many flights, and paper forms are available at the front desk. The restaurant is ordered, and I don’t have time to go and can’t comment. Facilities: There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, and there is no microwave in the public area. This must be badly rated. It is relatively old, and the sink leaks. There is not even a socket at the head of the bed, so the phone cannot be charged at the head of the bed. Be careful if you don’t like old hotels."
