"The Deluxe Room with Patio is a damp, cold, and moldy room. It lacks proper insulation and has no heating in the freezing bathroom, where water runs down the walls. There's thick mold growing in the hairdryer cord. Towels are still wet 36 hours after use. We ran the bathroom fan for a few hours while leaving the light on (because of the connection between the light and the exhaust fan, but it didn't help at all). The air conditioning remote was set to 29 degrees Celsius upon check-in, which we found strange. Even at 29 degrees Celsius, the room couldn't get warm; it was only 1 or 2 degrees outside. I did request two extra duvets, but even then it was simply too cold to stay in the room. Sleeping in bed with my clothes on...it's beyond belief. The room isn't suitable for renting when the outside temperature is below 12 degrees Celsius, as I mentioned at reception. It's also not clean. I dropped something, and I found all sorts of things under the bed. The mattress topper had shifted considerably, which makes me think the cleaners want to spend as little time in the room as possible. The garden is a paved area with a hedge on either side, and there's a lot of privacy from the rooms at the back, so you really need to keep the curtains closed. And what's strange is that the website says the price includes electricity... yes, because you have to run the air conditioning to keep the temperature even remotely stable. The room isn't worth the money. Don't do it!"

"What a disappointment. After checking in, we returned in the evening to a room that was downright filthy. The bed looked like it had already been used, with dark hairs in the bedding. The sink was clogged, the toilet seat was covered in urine stains, the sofa was stained, and the curtains smelled musty and hung loose. This was uninhabitable for us. We tried calling the hotel several times that same evening but unfortunately got no answer, although we did leave a voicemail. Ultimately, we were forced to stay elsewhere, at our own expense. The next morning we returned the key and asked for a refund. The reception's response: "just send an email." No apologies, no solution, not a single sense of urgency. Hotel La Noire cost us nearly €260 for a room we didn't even sleep one night in. We do not recommend anyone stay here."
