位置有點偏，硬件比較陳舊，但是清晨的景色很棒！

This location is for the view, location and the service, as all were great. The hotel is dated and needs maintenance, but for the price and location- it’s a deal. Nearby hotels are $100-300/night. Breakfast was just okay. The chicken burger and beef samosas were tasty from the restaurant.

Drawn by the name - Landmark The experience was not so bad, I had a room with an amazing ocean view… although lapses in service provision were noticeable. The rooms were clean. Towels were old and room phone disconnected. The staff were friendly. The evening ambiance was just perfect. The bar closes very early… overall, I had a good one at Landmark

At check in, lady at front desk was acting shady. One minute she said I didn't have a ******* reservation.I called ******* and gave her the phone because ******* couldn't get through to the hotel with the numbers they had. When I hand her the phone she put my phone down on the counter and said oh I see your name with out checking the computer. I believe they were going to double charge me. Also what hotels still us keys for the rooms with the big hotel key chain. ( Stay away from this place)

Excellant staff in restaurant, bar, cleaning staff and front desk.

A very bad experience overall. Run down hotel, rooms feel dirty - linens and towels are old and full of stains. Very loud music from the club opposite. And from the pool as well. Breakfast was very poor but worst of all, bed had bed bugs that bit me very badly. avoid if you can.

It’s one of a beautiful place that I visited with nice beach front swimming pool , very welcoming staff and nice breakfast, the rooms are big and clean little of WiFi needs attention but I enjoyed the sea view

Von außen wirkt das Hotel akzeptabel, aber es sind viele Renovierungsarbeiten zu leisten, damit die 4 Sterne Kategorie gerechtfertigt ist Fernseher funktioniert zwar, aber aufgrund der alten Satelliten Schüssel nur Sport, chinesische, englische, Suaheli Programme zu empfangen. Ebenso lässt das Wifi aufgrund des alten Systems zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmertüren müssen zugeschlagen werden, was bei Tag und Nacht sehr störend ist. Dies alles darf bei dieser geforderten Summe eines Zimmers nicht passieren

建物は新しくはありません。 毎日しっかり掃除をしてくれています。 それなりの設備です。 約1週間滞在しました。 素晴らしいプールがあり、 大人でもしっかり泳げます。そして、深いです。かなり満足しました。 BARもあります。 ビーチサイドからの景色は素晴らしいです。 特に朝日は美しいです。 スタッフはみんな、フレンドリーで笑顔で挨拶してくれます！ ホテルの周りには飲食店がほとんどないので何かを持ち込むのがベストです。 徒歩1分のところにローカルの飲食店が１件あります。本当にローカルむけです。

Landmark hotel was a very welcoming experience for my family for a few days in late October 2023. We checked in after arriving in Dar via Canada and were very happy to hear that we were complimentary upgraded to sea fron facing rooms. One for my wife and I and one room for our two teenage boys. The view was breathtaking. The staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the salt water swimming pool which we had all to ourselves on a late Tuesday morning on our 2 ND day. The beach is only steps away and the white sand felt very good on our feet. I particularly enjoyed going for an early morning run down Mbezi Beach. The food was very good and they catered to our vegetarian requests even though what we requested was not specifically on the menu. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Landmark Resort Hotel and would recommend it any traveller's seeking a relaxing getaway.
