"We had a frustrating two-night stay at Fern Daman Seaside Luxurious Tents Resort. While the location and overall aesthetics are good, the approach to guest care was utterly pathetic. The towels were the dirtiest I've ever encountered in a hotel, covered in horrible stains. The bed duvet had holes on both sides. I shared photos with the hotel team when asked, but received no updates or resolution before checkout. Despite the resort being sold out during our stay, management allowed an outside group of 20-30 youngsters to occupy the pool all day. There were no clothing rules enforced, so people bathed in regular clothes. In the evening, the lawn behind the tents was rented for a function. They promised music would end by 10-10:30 PM, but it continued until 11:30 PM. As these are tents, sound travels easily inside, yet management showed no consideration for guests while prioritizing extra revenue. O’Barzinho had extremely slow service. Even when we specifically requested less spicy food, dishes were overwhelmingly spicy both days. Dish served was incomplete compared to menu descriptions. At checkout, I spoke with GM Shri Niraj Kumar Singh to raise these issues. He was busy and promised a senior team member would meet me, but no one did before I left. Positives: Breakfast had a decent spread, and garden maintenance was good. Note: The resort faces the Daman Ganga River, not the beach. Overall: Avoid this hotel for a stay in Daman—better options exist at lower prices."

Nice location, Just 2 mins walking from Sea front and Daman Market, We can get share taxi easily from Vapi station to Daman Market and hotel is walkable from Daman Market. Good Rooms, good Ambience, Co-operative staff, Food is good. Drawback is no WI-FI, Our INTERCOM was not working."

"Heti kun tarkistimme Super Deluxe huoneen kanssa Balcony Moustache Daman, tiesimme tämän matkan olisi erityistä. Huone oli ilmainen, maukasta sisustettu, ja tarjosi vain oikean sekoituksen mukavuutta ja viehätys. Kuningassuurten sängyn oli uskomattoman mukava, ja liitetty kylpyhuone oli spotless ja hyvin varustettu. Kiinteistö oli nuori, elävä vibraatio, mutta löysimme vielä paljon rauhallisia hetkiä nauttia pari. Henkilökunta oli kohtelias ja aina valmis auttamaan, oliko se huonepalvelu tai ehdottaa läheisiä paikkoja tutkia. Lopetimme joka päivä päivällinen sisällä kahvilassayksinkertainen, herkullinen, ja täydellinen laid-back-ilta. Moustache Daman antoi meille oikean tasapainon yksityisyyden, mukavuuden ja yhteisöön, joten se on yksi muistokkaimmista pakoteistamme yhdessä."

"The property has one of the most rude/unprofessional staff! You can hardly find smile on anyone's face. They will not welcome you. Our welcome drinks were sent to our room later. Cookies and snacks jar were sent only when pointed out. Baby food (Khichdi) is not available till noon! Stag group is allowed in the property. They drink in the pool and it becomes difficult for families to be comfortable with them around."

"Enjoyed the stay, excellent view, v good location. Staff was efficient and very helpful. Food was tasty, Enjoyed the Smart TV as well. Here are a Few suggestions to make it better. 1. Need atleast five hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, Napkins, night dress. 2. need soap stands near Basins. 3. Phone extension in the suite sitting area. 4. Must Cover the walk way to the dinner area, very slippery in the rain. 5. Pool side Umbrella need to be stronger to stay firm on a windy day. Can be used to spend pool side time. Best wishes DR. "They charge too much and the quality they provide is pretty awful. They charged me 1050 for extra bed and this is what I got as shared in pic. No fridge, no cleanliness. They kind of charged too much for the room. Swimming pool wasn't family friendly neither clean. The sheets looked dirty, the door lock wasn't working properly. There was no hot water. I paid 600 extra for breakfast. The buffet doesn't had any fruits/juices. There was no toaster kept, no jam. It was just some cold idly some poha, mini uttapam, and very old boiled eggs. The taste of breakfast wasn't good. This hotel totally disappointed me. The way they show their room in the photos and the service they provide is just opposite"
