Everything was very good! Only thing was the USB port by our beds in both rooms we had did not work. Otherwise it was a great stay

My parents and I had an amazing stay at Dali Erhai Park Atour hotel. The receptionist sister gave me a cup of hot tea as I was checking in, which warmed me up as we had just been walking in the cold wind. The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, only around 30-40 minutes drive to and from Dali Ancient Town. And it is very close to the train station, so it is convenient if you have an early train departure time in the next day. Overall, perfect service. If I have a chance to come to Dali again, I will stay at this hotel again.

Booked a non-smoking double bed room but there was a strong cigarette smell. Requested to change to another room but in vain due to fully booked. Was forced to stay at the room over night and could not sleep well. An unpleasant experience overall.

We had a great stay. The hotel is well located next to a small mall with lots of dining possibilitied and a grocery store. It is also in walking distance to the lake. Our room was great. The staff was friendly. Checkin process was easy without knowing chinese. All in all a great hotel that we can highly recommend.

Location is near railway station. Easy to find restaurants nearby. Hotel is new, facilities good. Will book again if I go to Dali.

The manager is helpful and gave us information about getting to Jizu mountain. The room we stayed for 3 nights is comfortable and breakfast is good and cheap.

The bed, pillows and blanket were clean and comfortable. The AC is excellent. The staff provided excellent services. No complain at all.
