"We stayed here on a road trip of Spain, we chose it as nothing more than a stopping off point on our way to the coast, unfortunately we had booked in on a Sunday which meant that everything in the hotel was essentially closed. The only staff present was the lady who checked us in and we were the only guests in the whole place. She pointed to the centre of the town on the map where we could find a few restaurants for our evening meal. This sounds like a disaster but to be honest we found a nice place to eat which was very reasonable and actually enjoyed our stay in the little town. The hotel was very reasonably priced so we had their largest room which was spotlessly clean and even had a nice rooftop terrace. They did us proud for breakfast in the morning considering we were the only guests, overall we both felt that staying here was a pleasant interlude on our journey. I’m sure if it was any other day than a Sunday we would have had a nice meal in their restaurant."
