"Premier inn south a5 Dunstable, what a poor state this Premier inn is in considering it has had a refurbishment? 1, first room given was very shabby, no toilet paper, state of toilet looked as though it had never been cleaned, after reluctantly being given another room I must say this wasn't much better, atleast there was toilet paper this time, firedoors were propped open with a doorstop? Car park had beer cans everywhere, worst stay ever, following complaining upon returning from our holiday we were made out to be lieing about our stay, even said we never changed rooms?? Absolutely discussded with the responses we received from grust relations made out to be liars, only one person lieing and that's the guy who was on reception when we arrived, good look if you stay here hope your experiences are better than what we received"

"Lady on reception was AMAZING. She was super chatty and even walked me to the room. Room was comfy and good shower. Was a little noisy as the radiator keep filling up with a hissing sound all night but it was more white noise and I slept through it. Very easy to find and to park. Nice bar area. Would stay again"
