전기 콘센트, 인덕션 등 객실내 망가진 부분이 많았고 고쳐달라고 했더니 가족들이 있는 상태로 들어와서 먼지 날리면서 고쳐주었는데 청소해준다고 해놓고 가고난 뒤 보니 먼지가 구석구석 제대로 안 닦여 있었음. 객실 해결하러 온 직원이랑 엔지니어분들이랑 다들 영어도 한국어도 소통이 힘들어서 파파고로 베트남어로 말해줬음... 마실 물 추가로 더 달라고 했는데 물을 엄청 아낌. 마지막 날 아침에도 물이 없어서 달라고 했더니 퇴실하는 날이라고 돈 내라고 해서 돈 낸다고 했는데... 당신 확인 못했는데 룸에서 결제한 금액과 체크아웃 때 결제한 금액이 두 배였음. 이건 미리 확인 못한 우리 잘못도 있는데 하여간 처음부터 끝까지 서비스가 맘에 드는 게 없었음. 숙소도 오래되서 객실 자체가 낡은 느낌도 있음. 같은 5성급의 다른 리조트에서는 볼 수 없는 서비스였음. 다만 위치가 너무 좋아 걸어서 유명한 식당과 마사지 샵에 갈 수 있고 조식에 한식이 있어서 부모님이 드시기 좋았다고 한것이 장점임. 한국인들이 많이 가는 숙소로 알고 있었는데 한국인 반 중국인 반이었음.

房間雖是度假獨棟別墅，但設施老舊，洗浴用水非常差，出水冷且差。衞生也是一言難盡，人字拖竟是沾滿沙子的。價格名不副食

사람들이 친절하고 새들이 지저귀는 소리가 참 좋았어요. 미케비치를 접하고 있다는 것도 큰 장점입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 괜찮았어요. 바나힐 와우패스나 자전거대여같은 장점은 잘 알려져있지 않은데, 미리 알려줬다면 좋았을 것 같아요. 다만 5성급 다른 숙소들과 대비해 조경, 밤의 거리가 너무 어두워서 아쉬웠어요. 메인 풀의 크기도 생각보다 작고요. 하지만 제가 다쳤을 때 밴드를 붙여준 메인풀 직원, 코코넛열매를 따다가 투숙객에게 나누어준 직원, 마주칠 때 웃으며 인사해주는 친절한 식물가꾸기 담당 직원들 덕분에 특별한 여행으로 기억될 것 같아요. 프리미어 빌리지 직원 일동에게 큰 감사를 전합니다.

Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a lovely location.They could improve making sure there are less bugs inside the villa, making sure the power sockets can keep a plug in, and heating the pool temperature (private and public) to not be ice-age levels of cold

12월은 추워서 개인풀 있어도 수영이 어려워서 아쉬웠지만(조금만 따뜻한 물이면 좋았을듯) 조식은 맛있었어요 위치도 좋습키다

넓고 깨끗한 숙소에 온수도 잘 나오고, 수압도 쎄고 요청사항 잘 전달되었어요. 수영장 물은 차가워서 냉탕 이었지만 아이들은 너무 잘 놀았고, 욕조에 따듯한 물 미리 준비해놔서 바로 들어가 감기 안 걸리고 잘 놀다왔어요! 직원들 모두가 친절하고 내 속상한 기분까지 풀어주었어요 ㅜㅜ 리셉션에 안경끼신 여직원분 너무나 감사하고💕 이름을 못 보고와서 아쉽네요.. 버기 타는걸 너무 재미있어해서 외출하고 돌아올때도 버기타고, 호텔에서 또 버기타고.. 정말 버기 원 없이 타고 왔어요. 다음엔 여러 가족과 함께 와도 좋을 것같아요😍

酒店很乾淨，出入都有車接送不用不用自己走到接待處。工作人員的態度非常好，會提供細心的服務。地理位置也很合適，就在市中心去哪裡都挺近的。
