預訂錯了日期，到前台後，前台告知讓我在系統裏取消，現場重新付錢就好了，結果事後不給取消。酒店環境較差，衞生狀況較差，早餐很簡陋，服務人員態度一般。

スタッフ全員が親切で、快適に過ごせました。寒かったので毛布を借りることが出来て大変助かりました。また機会があれば利用したいです。ホテルのフロントの自由に飲むことが出来るお茶の用意も良かったです。

We liked the hotel very much as they were very well organized and professional. Location is the best, 5 minutes from plaza de armas and from all other major attractions. Room was clean, extra heater was inside the room, bathroom was clean and everything worked perfect. As we had our room on the inside, our room was also quiet and no traffic could be heard. Breakfast is very diverse and it even starts from 4am...you can have a snack before you leave for a trek. Totally recommend!

Tenho muitas boas recordações deste hotel, fui extremamente bem atendido por toda a equipe de recepção e funcionários. Nos ajudaram muito quando precisamos, até lanche foi nos oferecido pois saímos cedo e não conseguíamos tomar café. Estão de parabéns, adoramos e voltaremos sempre.

The San Augustin hotel across the street was a nicer hotel. This hotel was adequate

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff were a little aloof and breakfast was average . Some amenities were broken or unavailable.

This place id great for relaxing after a hard day.

Hotel perfeito! Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro de Cusco. Café da manhã delicioso, chá quente o tempo inteiro. Recomendo!

I have stayed at the San Agustin El Dorado on many occasions over the years. The rooms are comfortable and the front desk and housekeeping staffs are wonderful. Always a great experience in a perfect central location. I can highly recommend this hotel.
