Pearl Hotel Kayabacho

The location is very convenient, it is nearby the metro station, and close to a station with direct trains from Haneda Airport. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was confortable.

Hotel’s location was good, not so far from Tokyo Station. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was very delicious. I also liked the bathtub. The only problem was the internet. I’ve stayed there for 3 days and WiFi wasn’t working at all. I asked the front desk worker, first he said there’s a problem on my floor, then he added that the hotel is fully booked that’s why the WiFi is slow. But it doesn’t make sense. The internet was working perfectly only in the lobby. Hope the hotel staff will solve this issue for the future visitors.

The room is clean and nice. Location of the hotel is near metro station just a few minute walk.

Was very pleased with the hotel. Very clean and the interaction with the staff was pleasant and helpful. Water and new towels were delivered every day and that was nice. The beds are small(typical Japanese beds). The hotels was quiet it and was easy to enjoy after a day of walking. I recommend if the price is right . 5min walk to a train station kayabasho. And other in between 20 to 15..

Near kombini, staff not english friendly, room just ok, 5min walk to Kayabacho station

Definitely good value for money. Central location and friendly staff.

Excellent location !  Perfect to visit Tokio ! Comfortable  beds,  and concierge service

Fair location, simple bus or train from Tokyo station and easy to access other areas via subway.  Staff at front desk are fair and manage English quite well.  Rooms are small but what you expect. Bed clothes are terribly dated and stained. Mattress are terrible, springs feeling through the top and very thin and uncomfortable. Do not recommend for this reason.

We stayed here 3 days and we appreciate to hotel staff. All clean and clear. Amazing.
