El hotel está bien ubicado y hay muchos lugares interesantes cerca. La habitación necesita reparaciones y una limpieza más profunda. Mi hijo se cortó el pie con una parte rota de la puerta del baño. El desayuno se sirve en el restaurante de abajo, donde se permite la entrada a gente de la calle. Por lo tanto, hay mucho ruido y mucha gente a la hora del desayuno; los productos se acaban rápidamente y hay que esperar.

整體來收非常棒 環境，衞生都不錯，房間很大，採光也很好，前台服務員會説英文，周邊的餐飲和景點也很豐富，商務出行和旅遊都很適合

The check-in and room preparedness was perhaps the worst of our extensive travel experience. Although there was roughly 300 linear feet of curbside parking available for unloading passengers and baggage, its entire length was blocked-off by traffic cones spaced about 15 feet apart and about 3 feet out from curb. No assistance was offered or available for unloading baggage. Lobby is only accessible by stairs (four steps above street level). Room was unserviced (bed unmade). Staff spoke virtually no English, and were surly and disrespectful.

Staff needs training in customer service. They don’t know how to resolve an issue to keep the customers happy. Laundry service very expensive and not good it costs almost as one night room charge for a pair of pants and two shirts. Service at breakfast not mind full to keep the buffet updated .

The shower did have preassure, beacuse the faucet was always open. I complained. They did not accept a room change. They sent someone to fix it. The plummer told me the shower was fixed. Next day, I tried to take a shower, and the shower was still malfunctioning. The buffet breakfast was mediocre. Despite those problems, I have to say that the staff was very polite.

Exceptional location, across the street from Patio Olmos shopping mall, AeroBus stops almost in front of the hotel (both to and from airport, reliably on schedule hourly service). Will very likely book again for my next trip. Stayed 15 days in a standard room facing the street, 5th floor. Street noise quieted down around midnight, not a problem most nights. Large room with very comfortable queen size bed. Large bathroom with lots of hot water. Good wifi. Convenient restaurant attached to hotel with great lunch deals and dinners. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars all within a block or two (and further out also). Building needs a bit of cosmetic maintenance (stains in walls and carpets, moldy bathroom tile grouts) but it was kept very clean and every hotel employee was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Staff was also very responsive to any request (mini fridge was not working and was replaced immediately).

The ameneties inside were worn out and not to standards of a four star hotel. The breakfast is superb. The area are close to most city attrations. There are lots of loud noise from caf horns made by teenagets making it unfortable to sleep.

Select this hotel for its location. However, the room was old, and the bathroom was very, very small and outdated.

Broken shower No complementary coffee or water in the room. Housekeeping forgot to clean and change towels in our room. It is not 4 stars. Expensive for what you receive.

Seems it was in transition of ownership. No ramp to bring suitcases only 8-10 narrow steps.old building. No USB plugs so bring your plug convert. Breakfast only u til 9 AM Poor internet connection.

Very nice hotel with great staff and great location. The only downside was the fact that the Air condition can't be regulated in each room and when it got a bit colder outside they put the heater, making very warm in the room so we needed to open the windows

I stayed here 3 nights during a recent visit to Córdoba, the check in was quick and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable the bed afforded a good nights sleep, there were a lot of options for breakfast and the hotel is clean and tidy. Being situated on a main road in the centre of the city i had no disturbance with traffic noise whatsoever, i enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.
