"The hotel has every possible comfort and service. The apartments are fully equipped with brand-new appliances from top brands, very comfortable beds, and even parking is a luxury. If I had to find a fault, the adult pool is more uncomfortable than the family pool. The sun loungers are more uncomfortable, but what we found most unpleasant was the constant loud music, and styles that don't encourage relaxation. It's a shame that a pool that should be focused on relaxation, with chill-out music, is more focused on resembling a party... Some people might like it, but I think most people looking for an adult pool are precisely looking for relaxation..."

"Absolutely brilliant well chilled holiday. Great staff as well. There is nothing too much trouble. We had a few issues when we first arrived, but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We certainly won't be waiting another 31 years, lol. The only criticism would be the salad section of the buffet, where there were too many flies. We stayed in Bungalow 105, which was near everything. And thanks to the management for our bottle of wine and condiments ."

"I've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better."

"The duplex house has a small balcony and is a little far away from the scenic spots, which is more suitable for a leisurely life and vacation. The employees are very serious about their work and very enthusiastic about the guests. The service is very good. "Lomamme lähestyy loppuaan, ja rehellisesti sanottuna se on ollut hyvä loma. Hotelli on mahtava, ruoka on ollut hyvää ja näkymät ovat upeat! Ainoat ongelmani ovat huoneiden siivous, joka voisi olla paljon parempi. He vain pedaavat sängyt ja tavallaan pesevät lattiat. All inclusive -paketin cocktailit eivät ole kovin hyviä, joten olemme pitäytyneet oluessa ja Proseccossa. Noin kahdeksan minuutin kävelymatkan päässä mäellä on ihana pieni kauppa- ja ravintolakompleksi, mikä on mahtavaa! Taksit Puerto Ricoon ja Amadoresin rannalle ovat erittäin edullisia. Hotelli tarjoaa myös ilmaisen bussikuljetuksen rannalle ja Puerto Ricoon tiettyinä aikoina. Joten kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä loma ja täydellinen sää. 👌"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Like other reviews say, it’s quiet and just enough out of the way. Just a 10 minute walk into Taurito (if that) to the water park, shops, beach. It’s modern, new, clean (room cleaned most days) and minimalist. Lovely pool area, lots of beds. Staff are fabulous, all so helpful & friendly. The life guard (whose name I should know) has been mentioned positively so many times, he must be the sweetest, kindest, most positive person I’ve met! So good with the children and chatted to everyone. We didn’t have a food package as we wanted to explore, but we still had breakfast, lunch and dinner on a few of the days. It was varied and ample, always something for the children. Typical buffet food. Bar menu at lunch was good, big portions. Good value overall. Things that would make it amazing: - [ ] The hotel was half empty and I couldn’t understand why you wouldn’t upgrade when low occupancy. Simple to do and makes a lasting memory & positive advocacy for other future bookings. - [ ] Late check out - I was so pleased to get this co firmed on our last day as we had a late evening flight. But to the above point, I would have been surprised not to be able to do this given low occupancy. However, when I came to pay the bill for the weeks food and drinks, there was a 40 Euro charge. I wasn’t told at the point of requesting and if I had been told, I probably wouldn’t have taken it. - [ ] There is no bar area, I think this is what makes the place feel anonymous or lacking atmosphere, there isn’t a central point or hub for guests to relax in the evening. Would recommend for a lovely chilled stay. We really enjoyed our dose of Canarian sunshine at this peaceful hotel. Tip - if fully self catering then think about hiring car to stock up at the supermarket in Mogán. There is a small supermarket in Taurito, but very little fresh meat, fruit or vegetables."
