La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto: basta prendere il treno che ti porta in centro città (il biglietto costa 3,70 €, acquistabile alle macchinette nella stazione dei treni). Nella stessa stazione, puoi anche comprare i biglietti per bus e metropolitana. Una volta arrivato in centro, dalla stazione dei treni puoi camminare lungo il fiume Reno per circa 10 minuti o prendere l'autobus (io ho preso il bus 133 per due fermate). La distanza dalla stazione all'hotel è di circa 800 metri. Se il tempo è bello, ti consiglio di fare una passeggiata lungo il Reno, e in pochi minuti arriverai all'hotel. La struttura è molto piacevole, il personale è gentile e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La mia camera, con un grande balcone vetrato, si affacciava sul fiume Reno. La colazione è abbondante e variegata, con opzioni sia per chi ama il salato che per chi preferisce il dolce. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e tornerò volentieri.

It was very good. They provided welcome fruit at the coner of lobby. Location is little bit far away from train station.

Sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage. Tolles Frühstück. Einziger Knackpunkt: die Zimmer zur Straße sind für empfindliche Schläfer nicht geeignet.

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen, die lobby duftete immer sehr gut und der Service war schnell und Freundlich. Der Teppich in den gängen hatte einige flecken aber das Zimmer war sauber. Die Betten und Kissen waren etwas hart und die Fernseher schon etwas älter aber im grossen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurzen aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ganz klar das grösste Plus.

Perfect location at the Schokoladenmuseum. Check in experience terrible. Despite advance email communication has no request seemingly been addressed. Incompetent staff even needed to ask supervisor where to find a razor. Broken lift causing extended waiting times.
