Hotel Shona arvostelua

Room are not clean. Very small room. Rest is not good. I will never prefer this to other people.

Bathroom cleanliness not good, stains present in floor, all the pipes in washroom old and leakage present

The room was small, the bedsheet was black as if it was washed for months. Other than good hospitality was good.

While i'm on going to check in room doesn't clean. Worst service.

It was a good experience in shona hotel. There service and all are good. But there timing and all lit-tile bit late. They are not provide the hot water in bathroom. And the bed sheet and pillow after entering in the room we saw that were not changed. After 1hour they change and give another. These are the bad experience we get from these hotel. No

Rooms were clean nd staff were so cooperative. Yes of course i deserve a discount becoz i hv booked each and everything using mmt including flight tickets
