The appearance is OK, but from the first call at the front desk, people doubt the comfort of this hotel and the professionalism of the staff! The hotel also treated us to an afternoon tea, which was so relaxing. It's truly ideal for a family vacation, everything was great! The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the mountains. One spray of repellent isn't enough; you need to keep reapplying it. My family and I were outside taking photos for a bit, and every exposed area was bitten, and not just by mosquitoes. There were also these tiny flying insects that caused incredibly itchy bites. I ended up with over twenty huge welts on my hands, and my family members had more than fifty bites on their hands and legs – it was ridiculous! 😂"
