The apartment is fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, laundry detergent, stoves, tableware, and even detergent and scouring pads. This price-performance ratio is unbeatable in Chicago. It is a bit regrettable that the bed is relatively small, and it is a bit crowded for two people to sleep. The air conditioner is very noisy."

"The room is big, but not clean. The towels were not changed on the first day, and there was a woman's long hair on one of the beds. The bathroom towels had human body hair. I didn't want to complain because I was too tired due to jet lag. The next day, I went out early because I had a meeting with a client, but when I came back, I found that the sheets were not changed. I went to the front desk to argue, but they only apologized and said that it was 9 o'clock in the evening and the cleaning staff had gone off work. I asked for the sheets and changed them myself. The next day I went to the front desk to tell them to change the sheets. But when I left, the sign was hung wrong, it said Do Not Disturb, and it was not cleaned. I am convinced by this hotel."

"Totally surprised by all the great reviews. The location was great and the staff was friendly. Beyond that this was not what we were expecting and was not a pleasant stay. The room was not as pictured. No chair or table or anywhere to sit other than the bed. Our room was directly above the entrance and loud music played continuously which could be heard through the wall all night long. One elevator was out so there was only one working which was always occupied. The walls were paper thin and could hear weights from fitness room smashing the floor in the morning. Was expecting a 4 plus star hotel after the reviews but dod not think this measured up. We have stayed at Pendry, London house and Langham all nearby which were highly superior. This was mediocre at best."
