"Friday we got there got to check in early which was great we was on the 8th floor view was great I out the air at 65F bout two clock after hours being gone at 6 clock the room was hot I called down the first desk no problem I’ll have mateinice come right up two hours later nothing I called back down and talk to someone else they insure me that someone will be up an hour I called down and said since no one is coming can I get extra blankets so I can sleep on the floor 450 for a night and they brought the blankets up in no time, very not happy"

Netissä ilmoitettuun ja jo maksettuun hotellihintaan lisätään vielä hotellista uloskirjautuessa hotellin oma 'Facility fee' 25 dollaria + vero per yö. Oli pienellä kirjoitettu ilmoitus ja jäi huomaamatta varatessa, ikävä yllätys, oli huomattava korotus (75$ + verot) 3 yöltä jo muutenkin aika kalliiseen kokonaishintaan. Ei siis ole kaupungin vaatima lisä vaan hotellin oma lisä yöpyjän kuluihin. Hotellin pitäisi ilmoittaa tuollainen jo ennen varausta paljon selvemmin."
