The hotel is a standard holiday resort with both spacious rooms and hospitality. Do recommend to those who visit Chiang Rai.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel in Chiang Rai, which might very well be the finest accommodation in the entire area. Everything about our stay was remarkable, from the stunning ambiance to the impeccable service. The rooms were beautifully appointed with all necessary amenities and more. One minus: the beds were a bit uncomfortable. However, Breakfast deserves special mention - an outstanding selection served in a lovely atmosphere that started each day perfectly. The staff went above and beyond with their attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone visiting Chiang Rai. We will certainly be returning on our next visit to the region.

這是此次旅行住過最讓人放鬆與驚艷的酒店了！我們一家五口都非常喜歡，且迎賓人員的服務態度積極度都很好！因為有帶幼兒的關係，一下車到大廳時即有小姐拿了泰國小象送小孩，感受很溫暖！飯店的餐食都很好！河畔旁的義式餐廳很好吃，只是周圍蚊子較多，餐廳桌上有附上防蚊液可使用！早餐也好好吃！房間很大床也很舒服！很喜歡很開心能入住～！

สถานร่มรื่น พนักงานพูดจาต้อนรับดีทุกท่าน ทั้งห้องอาหารคุณปูและน้องๆทุกคนน่ารัก เป็นกันเองดี แต่..ช่วงค่ำมืดๆถ้ามียามเดินตรวจรอบๆด้วย จะสบายใจ. เพราะเวลาหาห้องไม่เจอ จะได้ถามค่ะ ส่วนของอาหาร มีน้ำผักคั้นสดๆ ดีต่อสุขภาพค่ะ

房間比較偏度假風整體風格比較古老泰國風。門口前台都是大象的裝飾，有泳池。比較適合親子出行，房間陽台可以直接看到泳池（部分房間朝向）服務人員包括前台和餐廳人員都比較熱情有禮貌，入住當天行李員下車時主動性比較差一點，房間電話連忙音都沒有，早餐比較豐富，風景還不錯，整理還行。
