酒店想方設法扣按金 一定要小心 千萬別為了24小時入住而選這裏 表面很有禮貌 到了退房時候挑三揀四 用保鮮膜包上好了

Extremely clean and fantastic bedding. Check out time is a full 24 hours from your check in time, and parking is convenient and free. This hotel is not in the old city, but very close to One Nimman, which is just as great an area to explore. The only thing that could be improved upon is the breakfast. But otherwise, everything else was perfect.

酒店整體評價中規中矩，酒店早餐食物一般，泳池環境比較特別，但是在房間內會聽到飛機的起飛聲音，有點噪音

房間乾淨整潔，早餐半自助，非常豐富可口。24小時退房制也挺好的，我們因為早機沒有用到。游泳池很漂亮，適合網紅打卡。

酒店服務很一般，尤其免費接駁車。最後一天送我們去商場，説準時間，居然沒有來接我們。等了很久，再叫車，又耽誤了時間。我們很趕，差點趕不上飛機了。投訴酒店的時間都沒有，直接回來了。事後投訴酒店也不當回事，什麼措施都沒有。酒店既然不重視中國人。那以後這種酒店就不會再住了。攜程還是挺給力的，幫忙處理投訴了。

I don’t like this hotel as no reply from management even though promised us will be reply by another day. However there is no response. It seems let problem go away or let customers easier to forget the problem. I m so disappointed and will complain.

It's really nice hotel to stay, friendly and good service and good breakfast,but only the hotel location is hardly to walk down to Maya shopping mall for only 15-20 minutes walk,the hotel is provid shuttle tuk tuk to Maya mall till to 9pm,if extending the time for this service,it would be much better.

服務真的很差 首先這家沒有refund 它是under non refundable policy 因為旅遊警示關係 我們必須cancel這次泰國行程 我們提早通知酒店看能不能有其他安排 本來他們說可安排延期 結果原來要同房型 基於日期季節不同 價錢完全超出預算 我們提議可否縮短一晚或選擇其他房型 但酒店拒絕讓步或商量refund 金額 雖然買前應該知悉non refundable policy但基於是因為政府宣布旅遊警示 我方也提早通知及尋求解決辦法 我們並非惡意no show 現在我們被扣除全數 損失慘重
