객실 내부랑 수영장도 이쁘고
3박 머물렀는데 이용하는데 불편함이 없었어요.
사장님 직원분 다 너무 친절합니다.

위치가 정말 좋았어요 직원분들 배려도 좋았고
다만 에어컨에 먼지가 너무 많이 껴있어서 청소가 필요해 보였어요 ㅎㅎ!!

와이프와 둘이서 휴가 다녀왔습니다. 일단 위치 아주 좋구요. 신축이라서 시설 및 모든 게 다 새거여서 좋았습니다. 다만 방음이 조금 안되어서 아쉬웠어요.
엘리베이터 소리랑 밖에 오토바이 소리 때문에 잠을 설치기는 했어요 아무래도 번화가 쪽에 있다보니 어쩔 수 없는 거 같아요. 어쨋든 너무 잘 지내고 갑니다~ 호텔 있는 라인이 맛집들이 몇 군데 있어요!

Majoituspaikan vastaus: This is me, the owner and the person whom you mentioned to. This is my first time writing to the guest this way. This was the true story on that day. 1. Our checked out time at 11.00 am. However, this guest went out in the morning without even asking for late check-out. I called Trip.com just to make sure that she was aware of the check-out time and asked the staff to tell her to come back at the hotel to pack things up since there were guests waiting to check-in.2. The Trip.com staff told that she will come back at 13.30 (check-in time is 14.00) and asked us not to remove her belongings to avoid complication between guest and the hotel.3. The guest came back at 13.35 and came to me, not even apologize for the late check-out. Instead, she showed the picture of the blood stain. 4. I asked her if she told the night staff about this so that he could have fixed it for her.5. She went to me “Was this my fault? How do you want me to come downstairs to ask a guy at night? (She claimed that she was in pyjamas and it was her first time aboard and she was so frightened.) Later, she said she came down but no one was at the lobby. Of course, we were responsible for the mistake, and we tried the best effort to resolve it. But what your intention was for telling us at 13.35, not right after you came downstairs in the morning. 6. I told her that we had various communication channels. 7. She told me that “she has her right to inform whenever she wants.”8. I said “the timing was not right as she tried to avoid the fact that she were super late for checking-out.”9. She said to me that she would post a negative review, which she did.10. I said it was fine and please never come back again.Then she went up to pack her stuff in the room.Later, she came down to the lobby and asked me if we could communicated politely. Then she complimented the hotel and also admitted later that she did not actually come to lobby the night before. Finally she asked if we were good and asked to shake hand.We sincerely welcome every guest and are not favoured of any nationality of guests. But we do not tolerate ill-mannered guests. FYI, 1. We, the owners, are 100% Thai. (Again, for better understanding, please ask.) We address this because we do not want it to be an issue between unrelated party and you. 2. Your behaviour will be reported to Thai officials.
