Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved."

In the evening, I sat in the lounge, enjoying a rich cocktail, listening to the graceful guzheng music, and observing the beautiful young women. All my emotional wrinkles were smoothed out, leaving behind a stable core. Not only the food and accommodation, but also the hotel's cultural experience programs were thoughtfully curated. The hotel also has its own dock with direct access to the Xiaodong River Visitor Center on the other side. Riding on a bamboo raft, the river breeze caressed my face, making me feel that life is beautiful and life is precious."
