The hotel is conveniently located next to the Xiao Dongjiang Scenic Area, just a 10-minute walk away, and the surrounding environment is fantastic – you can get great photos just about anywhere. The hotel's decor is a very modern Wabi-sabi style, and the rooms are spacious. They even upgraded my room type, which made for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback is that my room was close to the elevator, so light sleepers might find the noise a bit disruptive. Overall, it's definitely a guesthouse worth returning to."

"Facilities: New hotel, looks good on the surface. Some problems: The air conditioner in the room has a peculiar smell, and the toilet makes people extremely speechless. It is really of rubbish quality, a pseudo-smart toilet that completely eliminates all useful functions! The hot water was poor when we first checked in, but it was adjusted later. However, the water in the shower was blocked again the next day, and the room phone was broken. It kept ringing without unplugging the phone cord. The elevator buttons are crooked! Hygiene: The most disappointing thing is that the cleaning ladies in this hotel are busy from morning to midnight, but my room is basically not cleaned every day! The missing toilet paper and disposable supplies on the third day were thrown directly on the table without even bothering to put them in their place! The towel for the foot rest was not taken away if it was dirty on the first day. Later, I was prompted to take it away, but no new one was ever given! The room had definitely not been cleaned. We borrowed her mop to drag out a pile of dust on the bathroom floor in front of her! Auntie also said to give you two bottles of water, or wrap a tissue for you. I was really speechless! Service: The front desk service is more enthusiastic and the service response is faster! Basically, most of the points are given to the front desk! The breakfast was as expected, and it was within the acceptable range. There were relatively few items but it wasn’t unpalatable! I went there around 9 o'clock on the first day and it was basically empty! It was my first time to stay in Vienna, and I saw that Ctrip’s Four Diamond hotel was newly opened. Hey, you really get what you pay for!"

This summer, I took her from Beijing to Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Chenzhou, staying in so many hotels. I also stayed in two hotels in Chenzhou recently, and you were the only one to charge a child for breakfast. She had half a glass of milk and a piece of cake on the first morning, and half a bowl of pork noodles on the second day. ③ When we were in the elevator, the door suddenly stopped halfway. We didn't dare to leave, so we asked for help in the elevator. Your engineering department should have a record of this. ④ When I checked out, I specifically asked the front desk if they had checked the room and if there were any problems. After all, you charged me a deposit that was twice the room rate. When I paid the deposit, I asked if there were any valuables in the room, and the front desk said it was a Dyson hair dryer. Later, they told me, no problem, the deposit would be returned within the hour. After I left, they called to say the rim of a teacup was broken. I honestly don't remember bumping it, but I can't guarantee it wasn't me. It's also hilarious. You gave me the same tea set when I left. If you had told me when I checked out, I would have replaced it with a new one, and I would have just kept the broken one. Anyway, I'm not sure how to rate it. But the river view from the window is beautiful, it's not far from the scenic area, and the cleaning lady was polite."
