"I booked a discounted room for one person, which was supposed to be the same as other rooms except for a narrow window. Why was there no hot water in the shower? Luckily it was afternoon. I contacted the front desk, and they said they'd send someone to check it right away. Half an hour passed and no one came. I called again, and a repairman finally arrived after 10 minutes. He fiddled with it for a while before getting hot water, but it wasn't much. I managed to take a quick shower. Before leaving, I told the front desk I'd complain and ask them to fix it again. Only then did they say there was a bath and sauna at the new location 200 meters away, which was included in my room booking. They didn't even tell me where the bath and sauna were when I checked in. Last time, I also booked the Ni's Haitai Resort on Ctrip, and the front desk didn't mention the included hot spring bath. We only found out after check-out that our room booking included it. The air conditioner was old; the remote didn't turn on the lights. I thought it wasn't working, so I called the front desk staff, who operated it, but it took a while to start. The hotel's location is quite good, opposite the Wulie River walkway, which is nice for a stroll in the evening. This is the main branch, which also caters to tour groups. The new branch is not far away and is larger."

There's a large shopping mall and supermarket directly opposite, and plenty of restaurants nearby for dining convenience. The service attitude is good, and parking is easy in the backyard. There are also bathing facilities available."

"The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean, with a well-designed bathroom featuring separate wet and dry areas. The view from the 9th floor was excellent. A new, 75-inch television was a nice touch. Getting to the Summer Resort by taxi cost less than 7 RMB. The Chinese breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the watermelon was particularly sweet. It was also very convenient to find places to eat nearby."

"It really pays to book newer hotels; the facilities are always complete and super clean. The front desk staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. The laundry room is on the first floor, and they even help wash, dry, and fold your clothes – so thoughtful! The only downside is that the air conditioning in the king room blows directly onto the head of the bed. You have to set it to a very low fan speed to make it bearable. I'd suggest adding a deflector or something similar."
