"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very centrally located, and the city center is within easy walking distance. We parked on the street, although parking in the underground garage was also an option. Our room even had a small hallway – so it was very spacious. We initially booked without breakfast, but added it later due to the price. It was delicious and plentiful. This was our first time in Chemnitz – but definitely not our last! 👌🏻"

"The room was terrible, with a strange layout and fabrics. The TV was parallel to the bed, and the wardrobe was directly against the bathroom door. The hotel itself felt like an old hotel in a third-tier city that had been revamped. I don't know how it got so many good reviews. The service was terrible. Be aware of the small sign at the front desk when checking in. It's inconspicuously located on the side that says: "Hosting service is not required by default. Please request a change of towels or room changes at the front desk." This felt like a bit of a hidden trap. I requested cleaning service, and the cleaner knocked on my door at 8:30 the next morning. I was speechless. The front desk was also very unremarkable. Unless you requested it, they wouldn't offer a city map or guide to the surrounding area. In short, I was very disappointed and wouldn't go back. The city itself is nice, with a lovely surrounding. The small zoo was pleasant to visit, and the food was delicious."

"In the grim city of Chemnitz, the hotel doesn't help keep morale high. From the moment you check in in the cramped lobby, not to mention the freight elevator, you can feel a genuine DDR vibe. The surprisingly large room is offset by a Lilliputian bathroom. No air conditioning (fan!), no espresso maker, but a huge TV for watching (!?) local programs. The restaurant is a little cramped, but the spaetzle were tasty, and there's even a wine list. The city center isn't far, but it's best reached on foot. An interesting experience for anyone nostalgic for real socialism."

"Hotel is easy to find and from the entrance if smells clean. We really liked it . Apartment looks nice , we got the one with stairs and as we were will small kid , we asked to change for the one without stairs which was not a problem . The final one was also very clean and spacious. You can buy some stuff in the little convenience store next to reception , which’s super nice. Only thing which hotel can improve is beds . There were too soft , I had impression that I will fell from the bed . Parking was underground and was a lot of space so tip top Breakfast cost 20 eur and was very very good . We enjoyed a lot of. In summary these beds needs to be changed rest was perfect !"
