"Absolutely loved my stay in this hotel in Changsha, everything is perfect; the location is right at the most popular city center, the Wuyi square, lots of eateries in the locality, a walking square nearby, and the Xiangjiang river is within walking distance to the hotel. I loved everything about this hotel, and the price isn't high. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers heading to Changsha, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast is delicious as well. The only disappointment for me was no coffee but only instant ones, but I am not complaining as I liked everything else, the room was clean and neat too. The IFS mall which is a high end luxury mall is right at the opposite of the hotel, there are also lots of shopping centers around the hotel for souvenirs."

"The location, view, decor, and breakfast were all satisfying. However, I was very unhappy with the service: 1. It took 20 minutes to get a roll of toilet paper. 2. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but after being out all day, I returned to find it hadn't been touched. When I inquired, the explanation was always 'too busy' or 'too many check-outs,' just excuses without any real problem-solving. Also, I have to complain about the bed—it was too soft with a noticeable dip in the middle, leaving me with a sore back."

The pastries were delicious, and the scenery was pleasant."

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Changsha South Railway Station, making it super convenient for getting around. You can also reach Metro Line 4 within a few hundred meters, which is great for visiting attractions like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, or food hotspots like Wuyi Square and Nanmenkou. The hotel's cleanliness was also excellent; I especially appreciated the separate toilet, shower, and vanity areas – very thoughtful. The breakfast selection was quite good, and I particularly enjoyed the noodles – the broth was fresh and delicious. Since I had an early train at 7 AM, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a convenient breakfast for early departures, which was a first for me and incredibly heartwarming. The staff were also very welcoming. All in all, this stay was perfect!"

"The room matched the pictures, and the service was excellent. The hygiene was also good. The front desk upgraded us to a standard king room on the 8th floor. The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient. They provided nice snacks, and a robot delivered takeout. When the robot was busy, the front desk allowed delivery drivers to bring orders directly to the room. There's a large market across the street with everything you could need, which is great. Downside: Changsha has a vibrant nightlife, so I often returned to the hotel late and wanted to sleep in the next day. I specifically turned on the 'do not disturb' light. However, on Saturday morning, a cleaning attendant still knocked on the door. I suggest having a physical 'do not disturb' sign to hang on the door as a double-check. On Saturday night, I called the front desk to specifically remind them not to knock the next day. It worked out great; I got to sleep in big time on Sunday."
