I personally service the bathroom area everyday to make sure things stay nice and clean for you during your stay. Enjoy over 200 acres by hiking our hills, pond fishing, swimming the creek, grilling some steaks all while sipping on some fine Bourbon. Your cabin is capable of sleeping up to four people. There's two cozy full size beds, with one bed slightly smaller than the other.The cabin itself does not have an attached bathroom. However, I've custom-built a shower and bathroom that sits conveniently located in our barn right next to where you'll be parking your vehicle. The barn and restroom area is a short walk to the cabin, not more than 30 yards. I personally service the bathroom area every day to make sure things stay nice and clean for you during your stay.Picture a campground with a bath house. That's what we've built for you to enjoy while staying in your camper cabin. You'll enjoy your privacy and will love the open feel the shower provides!You'll also enjoy a sitting area inside the cabin that features a 32" smart TV. Wifi is provided while staying in the cabin, and you can watch the provided channels or connect to your own streaming platforms to enjoy your favorite shows. The sitting area in the cabin also consists of two tables for you to use while eating or even playing a game of cards. Also included with your stay is an outdoor dining area I've built in the barn. I've called it the Barnhouse Pantry. The pantry sits next to your bathroom in the barn. I have snacks, drinks, ice, and firewood available in case you're in need. You'll also have a dedicated refrigerator in the pantry for you to use during your stay. Four king-sized beds, two queen-sized beds, and a common area bunk bed provide a variety of sleeping options for you and your group. Each of the beds (except the bunk beds) comes with a heated mattress pad to ensure the bed is warm and cozy.As you step inside our log cabin, you'll be greeted by a large stone fireplace that takes center stage in the expansive living room. A high wooden ceiling gives the space an open feeling while the large comfortable couch and loveseat invite you to relax and unwind. A centrally placed coffee table provides the perfect spot for cozy gatherings. We also have plenty of board games available which you can play with your friends and family.Looking up, you'll catch a glimpse of the upstairs loft set apart by a rustic wooden handrail. Moving under the loft you'll find yourself in the heart of the home – the dining room and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for your group, including a variety of seasonings. Take advantage of the modern amenities including a dishwasher, oven/stove, and a coffee maker for those early, cozy mornings.Next to the kitchen, the open dining room features long bench seating, providing ample space for your entire group to gather and enjoy meals together. Three additional bar stools by the kitchen counter and five more on the sofa table just across the hallway offer extra seating options.In the finished basement, you'll discover the set of bunk beds, a work desk, and another fireplace to keep the atmosphere warm and inviting. A pool/Ping Pong table, air hockey table, and arcade game provide endless entertainment. There is also a laundry room and bonus kitchen in the basement. There is good cell phone and data reception at the cabin.Sunsets rival those at the Beach and stargazing is excellent! Large second story bedroom with a sitting area looks out on forest. The bedroom is like a tree house. Sleep surrounded by trees. Cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and central heat and air. Laundry on site. Need something to do? The Arc Experience, Frankfort, the State capitol, Canoe Kentucky and numerous fishing lakes and rivers are within 40 minutes, the Horse Park, Keeneland horse race track and Creation Museum are an hour from here.The cabin sleeps 4 in the two full size beds.FOR LONG TERM RENTERS OVER 30 DAYS.Long term renters (over 30 days) will be required to submit a background report, pay a deposit of one month's rent and sign a lease.
