A short walk on a boardwalk will lead you to a dock (property and dock are owned by Grass River) on Grass River where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book, relax and watch boats go by. There is a canoe for you to enjoy at the river. Enjoy watching wildlife, passing boats, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, relaxing, taking pictures, picnicking, and reading. It is well kept and clean but it is on the lake so please do not be surprised to see an occasional bug inside.There are two 30-foot docks that are available during the stay for personal or rental boats. Kayaks are also available for use with lifejackets provided.This is a dog friendly cabin and even though we do a thorough job cleaning, if you are allergic to dogs this may not be the best option for you. The cabin sits on a double lot, so there is room for parking both vehicles and trailers in the yard next to the cabin.
