The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank. *When booking, remember the current renovations and/or potential noise and/or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours. The Lower Twin Cabin sits on 34 beautiful, private acres of forest and meadows, with huge conifers, over a half a mile of private low-bank riverfront and numerous walking trails. The cabin sits by a large spring-fed pond, with a short walk to the West Twin River. At night enjoy the sounds of the river or the frog serenade from the pond. The cabin is completely OFF-THE-GRID with no electricity, no Internet, no cell phone service and no neighbors. The cabin has all the comforts of home, including gas-powered heat, wood-burning stove, full kitchen with refrigerator and stove/oven, water heater, as well as gas lighting.
