All the staff are amazingly kind and room and everything is very clean since it is a new hotel. Breakfast is very simple but neat. Super kind and clean. Also, the best thing is there is a laundry room for free with iron, washing machin, and dryer with all detergent. I spent more nights after that and could use washing machines every night, so i felt very refreshed even after raining. Soundproof was also good.

Sangat sesuai untuk family yang bawa anak. Hotel dan bilik sangat bersih dan wangi. Tertarik dengan wangian di lobi hotel. Bilik sangat selesa & funky anak-anak happy sangat. Recommend untuk yang bawa anak kecil. Cons menu breakfast limited tak banyak choice dan taste biasa je agak tak berbaloi dengan harga.

去的時候給我們升級了，房間乾淨整潔。地理位置離獨立廣場市中心很近，服務很熱情。之前擔心評論裏提到的早餐問題，感覺還好，畢竟不管哪家酒店來來去去都是吃這些，對我已夠。有網球場和免費洗衣、健身房、游泳池

新酒店，沒有裝修味道，洗澡水很大，衞生情況和用品尚可，裝修風格簡約復古，從前台Sebastian先生到服務員都非常熱情，主動打招呼，早餐簡單但味道還可以，雅加達交通比較混亂，出門還是用Grab吧。 設施：比較新 衞生：良好 環境：復古 服務：非常棒

We had a truly memorable stay at Ashley Tugu Tani! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and family-friendly atmosphere stood out. We stayed in the Family Loft Room, which was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for both kids and adults. Our children absolutely loved the play area, tent bed, and PlayStation 5—it kept them entertained while we could relax. The hotel facilities were beyond our expectations. What made the stay extra special were the little details: kids received a cute Mr. Tani plush toy, and the friendly staff made sure we felt at home throughout. The location is very strategic, close to major Jakarta attractions like Monas and Grand Indonesia. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy, fun, and luxurious escape in the city. We’ll definitely be coming back!

還行吧，前台態度不錯

優點是: 酒店很乾凈，設施比較新，早餐較簡單。 缺點: 走廊和洗手間有一點味道，員工培訓不到位，員工專注力不夠導致執行力偏低。餐廳點餐錯兩次，買單錯一次。清潔工在低樓層也會在高峯期使用酒店客梯，導致層層停。

很有特色，乾淨，服務態度好、早餐環境優美

整體還是不錯的，飯菜比較適合國人的胃口

Pertama kali nginep di sini. Overall happyyyy banget. Resepsionisnya Pak Hari sangat2 informatif, pdhl di kepala saya udh banyak pertanyaan tp beliau seolah tau hanya melihat sorot mata saya wkwk. Kamar juga diupgrade. Terus minta tolong didekor gercep kerjanya. Thanks to Pak Harfi & team yang udah dekooor. Pokoknya big thanks mulai dari FO, HK, dan staf restonya kerja ga asal2an. Profesional. Harap naikkan gaji & bonus mereka!
