I stayed for two days with my mother on a business trip. They were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I really liked the design and amenities, especially the laundry room. 酒店環境很好，服務一流，每個人都很熱情，樓下的餐廳環境和菜品很不錯，房間內佈置恰當，環境優雅安靜。樓道有自助洗衣機很方便

房間裝修英式風格，酒店位置離景點和商圈都很近。最重要是服務人員很好，辦入住時候發現手機落在grab上，酒店前台幫忙聯繫grab總部查司機位置，我用ipad查iphone定位，有個叫Fattah的小哥，下班時間還跟着我打車出去追，最終在機場拿回手機，省了太多麻煩。放心住

很精緻的酒店設計感滿滿。準五星的感覺，位置很好出行很方便，周邊很安全。 酒店設施齊全， 不足的嘛，泳池小而美，不能容納很多人。 金色洗臉盆很棒，就是單冷水龍頭，難道印尼洗臉不用熱水嗎？ 房間比較小，估計卧室12平方米，洗手間還是比較大的。

環境：房間很大，還有個可愛的小朋友床，可惜我家娃已經十四不喜歡，走廊裏面有很多有意思的裝飾，香味很好聞 服務：工作人員都很友好，到的時候有點晚，詢問了附近的吃飯和超市的訊息，早飯特別好吃 設施：洗衣服務沒用上太晚了 衞生：正常水平，床品還行，衞生間正常

Firstly I must say the decoration style is in a quite good taste and very unique, a British retro circus style should I call it? The swimming pool is small a but cozy. All the facilities in the room are good in quity, and noise proof effect in the room is also good. Indonesia is a peaceful and friendly country, with friendly and hospitable people. I spent 4 wonderful days in Jakarta, and staying in Ashley is a very important part of this unforgettable journey.
